When you step inside our villa, you will instantly feel as though you are transported right into your very own home!
Our spacious and beautifully appointed villa is sure to have everything you need to make your next Disney vacation complete.
Ample on drive parking for two large sedan cars/SUVs, the villa is suitable for family sharing. Although maximum occupancy is for 8, we also have a pack & play to accommodate an additional infant if required.
Located just 25 minutes from Disney World, about 30-35 minutes from SeaWorld/Universal Studios and International Drive and about 15 minutes from Legoland and a few minutes from several golf courses including Southern Dunes & Highlands Reserve our villa is ideally situated for all the area attractions yet offers a peaceful retreat for those quiet, relaxing days around your private pool.

5 minutes from Manny's Original Chophouse, Chilis and Dora's Pizza (a local Italian the offers superb Italian food) - each place also offer home delivery. Now also 2 minutes from Culver's (offer freshly cooked fast food - burgers & fish as well as very tempting ice cream and milkshakes)
Where possible, a FREE late checkout will be provided to accommodate late flights. This hopefully helps for those UK guests using Virgin.

Just off the living room there is a spacious kitchen stocked with everything you will need during your stay.
The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a refrigerator (water & ice dispenser), freezer, stove, range, and microwave. Nothing was forgotten – we have even included all of your dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, and much more! The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with 2 stools as well as a spacious dining table with seating for 6 people.
A bookcase just inside the entrance hall contains a few dozen novels to read & relax by the pool.

At opposite ends of the villa are the 2 twin ensuite master bedrooms. Each has a Roku TV, large walk-in closet with plenty of clothes hangers. The ensuite off bedroom 1 has the larger bathroom complete with 2 vanity units, large Roman tub and walk-in shower. The closet also contains the floor secured safe (code supplied pre stay). Bedroom 2 also has a good size ensuite bathroom with single vanity and floor level entry shower. If required, there is a plastic chair to use inside the shower if physical disabilities require. Both of these showers also have grab handles to aid where needed.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom with tub, over tub shower and single vanity unit. They each have Roku TV and there is also an XBox available in one of them with small selection of games.

Our villa benefits from having both an oversized pool and covered lanai. The in-ground spa can be heated separately and at a higher temperature if required.
There are two tables as well as ample chairs for all 8 to sit around and eat outside. As the sun hits the pool deck in early morning, those persons enjoying some sun worshipping can lounge all day on one of the loungers.
For this guests wishing to have a day at one of the coastal beaches, we have a number of folding chairs and a cool box to take along .

As well as a pack & play, we also have a couple of strollers which can be useful for loading all that you take with you for a day in the parks.
There is a large selection of DVDs & Bu-Ray to watch as well as Spectrum TV (lounge TV) incl NFL & English Premiership football. Each bedroom TV is Roku so has a large selection of available channels and can stream a whole lot more.
Whilst relaxing in the sun, enjoy a novel from our selection whilst the kids toys will keep the youngsters amused.
The games room has a full size pool table, air hocky and foosball.

This is a lovely, well maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a heated pool and enclosed patio. it is located in a clean, safe neighborhood near stores and restaurants, and for travel to Orlando & winter Haven theme parks yet it is in a quiet contained neighborhood. Excellent golf courses are nearby.
We found the owners to be very accessible to any needs we had and they employ a very capable local manager for any technical needs.
The home was great for our family and grandchildren to visit. The pool patio are is well appointed and a popular respite after a day at Disney or Legoland.
Villa Sorrento, US27 (South) / Haines City
Villa Sorrento is a niche estate located towards Haines City with just 75 Spanish-styled properties. Offering 4 and 5 bedroom villas with private pools, this location offers a homely break from the attractions.
Alongside the junction of highway US27 with Interstate 4 is the Posner Park shopping complex. This has a conveniently located Target supermarket, as well as a JC Penney, Ross Marshalls and other retailers. The nearest Publix supermarkets are south of the Interstate 4 junction on US27 and in Haines City, which is where you will also find the nearest Walmart supermarket. Bordering this section of US27 and the Posner Park complex are a number of restaurants including Denny's, Bob Evans, Five Guys, Burger King, McDonalds, the Davenport Ale House and other diners. Head to Haines City for more well-known chain restaurants, plus Sonny's BBQ and Manny's Original Chophouse. With an ever increasing number of restaurants in the area, you can always stay local in the evening. However, you also have the option to travel north towards the ChampionsGate area where you will find an Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, Ford's Garage, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant.
