Our Beautiful 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom single storey home situated on Clear Creek, with a large south facing pool and spa. Peaceful location, yet close to the Walt Disney World Resort.
Our pool area has fencing to both sides and wooded / conservation views to the rear to ensure total privacy.
Our home comes with 2 master suites, ideal for a large family or for 2 smaller families to share.

The lounge area is very spacious and has a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating, ceiling fans and patio doors to the pool area.
In the nook there's a card table to play games. There are many board games available for your enjoyment.

The dining area has space for the family to eat at a table with bench seating and along the breakfast bar.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and has an American style fridge with an ice-maker, with all cutlery and crockery you need for a comfortable stay.
We have a coffee station with multiple coffee machines to get your caffeine fix.
Master 1
The main master has a king sized bed. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Just off the en-suite is a large walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom also has a comfortable chair, good sized Smart TV and ceiling fan.
Master 2
The second master has a queen size bed. It also has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom also has a large wardrobe, comfortable chair, good sized Smart TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. It has a wardrobe and ceiling fan and Smart TV.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunk beds with Mickey Mouse theming. It has a wardrobe and Smart TV.
Shared Bathroom
The bathroom is shared between Bedroom 3 and 4 and has a full bath with shower over.
Pool Area
Our pool area has a large pool with a spa and a large enough pool deck for relaxing.
It has a covered dining area for the al-fresco dining, whatever the weather.
The pool area has a privacy fence to both sides and to the rear is a conservation area, making the whole pool deck totally private.
To make the best of the Florida sun, the pool has the advantage of being south facing.
In the evening, sit out and listen to the Disney fireworks.
Coffee Bar
Our coffee bar is "always open" for your use in the kitchen/dining area. There are multiple coffee machines for you to pick from, and various coffees to choose from.
Games Room
The games room has air conditioning and has a pool table and video games console with large Smart TV.
Laundry Facilities
We have full laundry facilities available in the garage area.
Families
For the families with younger children/babies we have a cot, high chair and foldable stroller for your use. For families with older children, the house has many board games for your use.

Clear Creak / Silver Creek, US27 (North)
Woodridge, Clear Creek and Silver Creek are adjoining sub-divisions which together form the large community. Set within conversation woodland, the 3, 4 and 5-bedroom villas will be of varying designs and tend to be well spaced for privacy.
On the nearby highway US27 there is a conveniently located Walmart supercenter and a Publix supermarket further north. When heading towards Kissimmee on highway US192 you will find another Publix supermarket and an Aldi supermarket. There is also a selection of smaller local shops adjacent to these supermarkets.
There are a selection of nearby restaurants and eateries which include Chilis, Five Guys, Hurricane Grill, Taco Bell, Arbys, a Mexican Grill and the Wolfhound Irish Pub. Alternatively, travel a little further towards Kissimmee on highway US192 to the Rolling Oaks Common complex for other restaurants, which include Paradise Cove Grill, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Millers Ale House and Texas Roadhouse amongst others. This is also where you will find another Publix supermarket, Super Target, Marshalls and other larger stores.
