I had another wonderful stay at your villa. As usual, everything was clean and tidy and the villa had everything you would need for a stay in Florida. I really appreciated the call before leaving the UK to give last minute information about the villa and ways to access help if necessary (which wasn’t needed as everything was fab!).

Excellent location, near all attractions and amenities. We have enjoyed our stay here for the past 8 days. The Children have had a fun time in the pool and funhouse, they would love to stay again! The location is brilliant because it was close to where we needed to be the villa was nice and clean when we arrived. We can't wait for our next visit, hope to see you soon! From the Calderbanks.

We have had an amazing time at your villa. It had everything we needed. It was easy to find, it was very clean, plenty of dishes and cutlery and the beds were very comfy. The pool was lovely and warm and the kids used it every opportunity they got. The booking process was so easy and after the first phone call we knew we picked the right people to rent from. We've had a fantastic 2 week holiday here! The villa has been lovely! Our two young girls have loved playing in the pool everyday. We've had plenty of space in the villa and it has been great to have a dishwasher, washing ,machine and dryer to help keep things clean. Its been quiet and peaceful here and the A/C was definitely needed in the heat the last two weeks. We've loved the parks ( Please look into Genie + if you want to get on a lot of rides) Chillis and Bahama Breeze have been great places to eat and Walmart has all the supplies we've needed. Big thanks to Jerry and Dianne for letting us stay here, they made it really easy to book, kept us up to date with everything on WhatsApp and answered any questions we had. We'd love to come and stay here again!! Thank you very much !!

Thank you so much Dianne and Jerry for a super stay in your lovely villa in Kissimmee. We had a brilliant holiday in a "home from home" villa we had everything we needed in the villa and really enjoyed the pool and added bonus of a games room. Everything worked for us, the position of the villa from all the Disney parks, the space we needed to chill out after long days out we had planned all the towels and appliances we needed to have breakfast and make dinner on our rest days!. Not that we had many! Nothing was needed as everything was provided that we needed to use, plenty of towels and comfy beds. The communication before we arrived and questions answered/information given that was needed, was second to none for our dream holiday...A big thank you for making our dream holiday in Orlando everything we needed and wanted it to be!!. Easy access to all the Disney and Universal Parks (Toll Free!!) great lay out. All your recommendations for places to eat and shopping were really useful. Milk Shakes at Steak and Shake have been a frequent treat. Always on hand to answer any questions we have. Kids love "Forty" your next door neighbours cat. If ever we come back, hope to stay here again. See you again one day!!!!

This villa was perfect for our family. Nice and close to everything we needed and so much fun the children didn’t want to leave it. Dianne really cares about your stay rather than dealing with a company the personal touch is much better and really help to sort any problems you may have. A Quiet, comfortable, clean, well equipped family villa with pool in nice neighbourhood, but just a short drive from all the amenities including Disney and the other theme parks of Seaworld and Universal. What made it different for us was the help and consideration from the hosts about purchasing park tickets and the low down on the local restaurants and places to eat, shopping and tolls on the roads, Beaches and everything else really which was so helpful to make the vacation more relaxing. This was our second stay in Dianne & Jerry's 4 bed villa. The villa is spacious and clean, very much a home from home for us. We have 2 teenage boys so the games room and pool are great for some downtime. Also the laundry facilities help us to travel light. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and in a great location. There are several supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets all in a short drive on the 192. The villa is in a great location for the theme parks, and other Kissimmee attractions. Dianne & Jerry's are great hosts and are only a phone call away.

Had a fab two weeks in the Villa. Villa has all of the amenities that you need and has lots of things to keep the children entertained. Within a good distance for all of the Disney parks and lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Already starting to plan our next trip back. Guest name: Charlotte

Dear Dianne and Jerry, Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful 4 bed villa. The villa was impeccably clean upon arrival, and very comfortable. We all enjoyed having TVs in our bedrooms that had Netflix, and my girls loved being able to log on to Disney plus. It was a real bonus having Walmart 2 minutes away, and Disney was very easy to get to from the villa. The pool was warm and clean, and a really good size compared to other villas we have stayed in. It is by far the best villa we have stayed in in Orlando and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
