Excellent property, great location
Booked at short notice, paid for pool heating. Pool was warm when we arrived (as requested) and everything was as it should be. Comfortable beds, great lounge, good kitchen, specious villa, very quiet all the time, especially peaceful at night. Overlooks a farm, never any noise. Convenient location - 10/15 mins from supermarkets, shops, Longhorn steakhouse (must visit), Championsgate (restaurant Zen, must visit), Olive garden etc. 25 mins to Kissimmee, 35 mins to Disney Springs - all taking account of traffic queues. Would definitely stay again.

Superb villa and great location
Everything was superb - great place to stay and great location for all the parks and golf. Great games room and lovely private pool & spa. Carl is a great host and would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay
Property was clean, well furnished, and in a great location. We did not have any issues. Host checked on us shortly after we arrived and answered questions quickly. We had a quiet peaceful vacation and hope to stay here again when in the area.

Great rental
Beautiful rental house. Very quiet and plenty of space. Close to local attractions but far enough away to have some downtime. Recreation area in the garage was really neat. It was very hot while we were there but the hot tub seemed cool. Since the ice machine wasn’t working a few ice cube trays would be helpful. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We would return!!

Great home very clean and pretty everything at work and condition. Beautiful farm behind it. No smells from the animals. Everything is just absolutely wonderful. Hi clear instructions that’s very easy to follow and far as garbage and how long owners are very responsive and quick to reply back on every and off situation. Definitely will stay again

Edc Orlando trip
It was great the house was clean and very nice. The shower pressure was great, the spa was amazing. The cows are nice outside as well and the beds are cozy. It wasn’t too far from Orlando but far enough for it to be quiet. Great price and the home owners are great and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation home, we were at the parks every day, it was more than enough for our family of 4. My only complaint is many of the electrical outlets did not work and the towels were very worn and should be replaced. We Would stay here again!

Absolute dream
We booked the property last minute (3 days before) after our plans changed. We are no strangers to Florida villas, and have stayed on Sandy Ridge before. Firstly, the owners could not have been more accommodating. They responded immediately to any questions, were incredibly flexible, and fantastic communicators. Then the villa, the photos do not do the place justice. It is far far nicer than the photos give it credit for. The villa is stunning, usual wear and tear you would expect, but incredibly well equipped and comfortable. We only stayed as a couple for a week, but would happily bring the family out for our usual summer holiday. Exceptional value for money and highly recommend!
Sandy Ridge, Loughman
Sandy Ridge is a newer community built alongside the orange groves which border Old Lake Wilson Road and a series of ponds. Guests staying here will find single-storey 3-bedroom villas through to larger 5-bedroom villas.
The nearest Publix supermarket is on Lake Wilson Rd near Reunion, with another at the Champions Gate Village and a third towards Loughman. The nearest Walmart Supercenter is at the junction of Old Lake Wilson Rd and US192. Within the ChampionsGate area there are a number of restaurants and eateries including Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant. There are also smaller eateries, diners and fast-food restaurants including McDonalds, Panera Bread and a Greek grill. Travel a little further towards highway US27 and you will find a Beef O'Bradys, Cracker Barrel and a pizzeria. Alternatively, head south towards the intersection between Interstate 4 and highway US27 for the Posner Park shopping complex. Here you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Marshalls in addition to a selection of restaurants, eateries and a tavern.
