Fabulous 4 bedroom Villa, Golf Community, Pool and Games Room
Welcome to our beautiful home from home in the Florida sunshine. Located on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club Resort our villa offers the best of both worlds for your Orlando holiday. Located just 25 minutes from Disney World, about 30 minutes from Universal Studios and International Drive and about 15 minutes from Legoland. Our villa gives you a quiet peaceful place to come home to after a hectic day at the parks and many attractions Orlando has to offer.

Short driving distance from West Haven, which has all the eateries you will see on 192, but it is much less busy
Manny's Original Chop House , the BEST steaks we have ever had is just a short 5 minute drive, or again its within walking distance
Dora's Pizza, again the best little Italian we have had, within walking distance
The Lounge & Kitchen/Diner
The open plan lounge will comfortably seat 6 people and has soft fabric couches. We upgraded the living area floor to wood effect tile for your comfort and to help keep the room cool in 2019. We have a 55 4K Smart TV and DVD player and a cable package with over 250 channels including Premier League Football so no need to miss a game. Also NFL football and all other major US Sports.

There is plenty of crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils for you to use if you wish. The dining table in the nook looks over the pool and golf course.
We have added a ceiling fan in the lounge to keep you cool in those HOT Summer months.

With a view of the 3rd green, the upstairs master bedroom has a huge King size bed and upgraded mattress to give you a great nights sleep.
This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub, separate shower cubicle and his and hers sinks. The bathroom, leads into the walk in wardrobe with plenty of space for as many clothes as you care to bring.

Of the 2 master bedrooms, the Queen bedroom is downstairs, this room has direct access to the pool area and also has cable TV and a bathroom just opposite.

Across from the upstairs master bedroom is a twin room, themed Star Wars and another bedroom with a full size bed and a Paris theme feel for older kids. Both rooms have a combo TV & DVD. Both rooms have a golf course view and have between them a shared bathroom
ALL bedroom have TVs with ROKU sticks to provide full access to digital package via Spectrum app, and also Netflix and Amazon Prime.
At the rear of the Villa you will find the lovely pool and Lanai, providing a lovely area to relax after a day at the parks or shopping. Protected by shrubbery at the rear and hedges to either side this area gives privacy and seclusion. Our pool can be heated in the Winter months for your comfort. The pool has a golf course view and a shaded seating area with light and fan where you can while away the hours in peace and tranquility. Sip an ice cold drink and watch the Sunset ....... wonderful
We provide baby equipment for our guests, including a travel cot, high chair and 2 strollers. Please note we don't provide baby linen so please bring your own.
Games Room Added August 2018
We have now added a 6ft pool table / ping pong table for guests enjoyment, and these have proven to be very popular with guests, together with both a Wii and Xbox360 Console, both with a good selection of games. Please note these are UK consoles so will only play UK format games. There is a ceiling fan to keep the room cool.
We have also added gents and ladies bikes, and 3 sets of golf clubs for guest use

Great two weeks spent here over Christmas and New Year. The house was slightly smaller than what we have stayed in before but it felt like a home and everything that we needed was there. My parents (both in their 70s) had the downstairs bedroom / bathroom and my husband and I plus 13 year old daughter had the upstairs facilities. The onsite golf club is wonderful for food and drinks and within walking distance. The house was well equipped and clean. We spoke to the house owner several times to ask general questions and she answered very quickly . Location is good for all attractions and Walmart is at the entrance to the gated community. Highly recommended and would definitely return

My family spent two weeks at Southern Dunes in October/November on this well located, safe and secure area. The villa was well stocked with everything you would need. In the kitchen there were plenty of appliances including coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave and a lovely big fridge freezer to store your food and drink. The villa is well looked after and very clean. All the bedrooms are a really nice size and the bed in the main bedroom was really big and very comfy to sleep on. The neighbours next door were very friendly and kindly offered any assistance should we need it. From the pool area of the villa there is a lovely view of the golf course. The area is really quiet. There are plenty of shops/restaurants nearby including a massive Walmart which has everything you need. Manny's Chop House which is just 2 or 3 minutes down the road is a must as the food and service was amazing. The owner Julie was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for her when we left something behind after we had left. Myself and my family would highly recommend this villa and we would have no hesitation in booking here again. Thanks Julie, we had a very happy stay.

This house is stunning in every way, from the moment you walk in, everything has been considered. The lounge area was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a huge smart TV, the kitchen was a perfect size with everything needed to cook meals, everything was spotlessly clean, well presented and easy to operate.
The pool and outside area was were we spent most of our time and evenings, its so relaxing, it isnt overlooked due to the greenery and therefore provided a nice bit of privacy.
The beds... where to begin, the master bedroom is literally to die for, a bed you can fall into at the end of a long day and not want to get up, it really is that comfortable! As for location the house is close enough to Disney without being too close and Walmart right on the doorstep. Thank you for making our holiday the amazing trip it was, your house felt so much like a home to us whilst we were there we didnt want to leave.

We have stayed on Southern Dunes many times and this is a really lovely villa. The resort is well appointed, with a 24 hour Walmart just outside the gates of this secure community, and easy access to the Interstate, and from there, to all the parks. The house itself is big, well equipped, beautifully decorated , and the pool gets sun virtually all day. I would recommend this villa to anyone, with WiFi, 4 big bedrooms and , if you are lucky, you could see a rocket launch from outside the front door! If you dont want to drive to Canaveral! The golf course is popular and the complexes grounds are well maintained throughout the year. The local bird life is very interesting too!

Thank you Julie for a lovely stay. This home was the perfect size for our family of 5. Everything we needed for a week long stay was available. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed for cooking your own meals. Three bathrooms is very convenient. The pool is a nice size with a small dining/sitting area. The washer and dryer are nice and big, which cuts down on the clothes you need to pack for your trip. The big TV in the living room was nice at the end of the day. Southern Dunes community is a nice, safe location. This was our third stay in this area. There are plenty of restaurants from fast food to sit down very close by. There is a Wal-Mart right outside Southern Dunes which is very convenient.

Southern Dunes, US27 (South) / Haines City
The Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club borders is a gated community which borders the PGA-rated championship golf-course of the same name. Offering 3 and 4-bedroom vacation villas, guests can also enjoy the clubhouse, communal pool, gym and tennis courts.
Alongside the junction of highway US27 with Interstate 4 is the Posner Park shopping complex. This has a conveniently located Target supermarket, as well as a JC Penney, Ross Marshalls and other retailers. The nearest Publix supermarkets are south of the Interstate 4 junction on US27 and in Haines City, which is where you will also find the nearest Walmart supermarket. Bordering this section of US27 and the Posner Park complex are a number of restaurants including Denny's, Bob Evans, Five Guys, Burger King, McDonalds, the Davenport Ale House and other diners. Head to Haines City for more well-known chain restaurants, plus Sonny's BBQ and Manny's Original Chophouse. With an ever increasing number of restaurants in the area, you can always stay local in the evening. However, you also have the option to travel north towards the ChampionsGate area where you will find an Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, Ford's Garage, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant.
