The house is spacious and clean. I enjoyed having a large table in the kitchen for family meals and comfortable seating in the family room. The beds were also comfortable and there were 3 bathrooms which is nice for a big family. The pool area and fenced in backyard are also nice. Steve and Wendy were great people to communicate with, we had a digital information pack that we downloaded to our phones that all the information on how to get to the villa etc. love the outside patio area were we bbq which was supplied. we loved our stay and the villa is just fantastic we hope to return next year. thank you Stayed July 2024

We stayed at this fantastic villa during May half term, most certainly home from home. It had everything you needed and more, perfect size, comfortable beds and a wonderful outdoor area for those relaxing moments. We had the pleasure staying at this amazing villa that provides excellent location and facilities. This was our 5th trip to Orlando and takes top spot for the best villa we have ever stayed at. I mention villa but it's a huge luxury house that has vast amount of space and the owners spare no expense keeping it at a high luxurious level. Am going to be honest we all like a saving and am glad we paid that little extra for this place. I spent a day on arrival boasting how great this place is to family and friends so the question is if you want that WOW factor and the best of everything, you need to book this villa. Huge rooms, pool, kitchen, biggest plot on the estate, top spec entertainment system, games room oh yes biggest samsungs washing machine and dryer that sings to you on completion. Owners are always there for your assistance and has fantastic management team behind the scenes make your holiday best ever. Close to all disney parks and minutes away to huge publix and walmart plus restaurants. We have found our second home and will be returning hopefully next 12-18 months. Stayed June 2024

My husband , son and myself rented this wonderful villa for two weeks. We found the villa easily, situated in a quiet area and it was wow on entering. The space inside was amazing, the pool area great and the games room in the garage a nice extra and all very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed including a teapot for us Brits who drink a lot of tea. Two seating areas with comfortable settees and a massive master bedroom with a comfortable bed. Although a journey to the 192 we found some good places to eat nearby with help from info and the app supplied by the owners. Would highly recommend this villa and the owners as everything was catered for and great communication 5 star home by far.

Having been lucky enough to holiday in Florida for almost 30 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best homes I’we stayed in. Spacious, clean, very safe area, pool and garden which gets the sun all day and close to everything you’ll need. Steve and Wendy were great hosts, very accommodating and really easy to deal with. I hope I’ll get to return here again and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Excellent first class service from owners, support from start to finish including help with hire car, information regarding what to expect when we get there, local information. App included all the information we needed for the property and was an excellent touch. As a result we had no trouble finding the property or using the facilities once we arrived. Property inside and out is maintained to the highest of standards. Beautifully kept pool and garden area for relaxing. Inside air conditioning and very comfortable furniture. Ensuite bathroom was a blessing and massive walk in wardrobe/dressing area. Sheets/linen were comfortable clean and well presented. Travel to the Disney parks was easy once I stuck to the cheap toll roads, Around 20/30 minutes. Overall the family had an amazing time holiday of a lifetime and was made possible by the accommodation being perfect. Deposit for the property was returned swiftly on arrival back to UK. Awesome Stay 5 Stars We had such a great time! steven was very responsive and helpful throughout the process and even called to check in and make sure things were going well! I made a mistake with my dates when I booked the property and he was so nice and worked with me to accommodate my mistake. Everything was clean and tidy, the pool was a perfect temp and our 7 month old, 10 and 13 year olds all loved the stay! We actually got engaged there so the stay was even more special for us. We had an issue with security codes but steven and the property manager were both helpful and we were able to get in and out everyday and that’s what mattered most! We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back when we can!

Luxury 4 bedroom villa on Four corners Property was as advertised. Great location, Great Villa within 20 min. of any Disney park. Great Pool kids loved the hot tub and the owner was just great and the information pack that the owner sent was excellent. we will recommend this home to our friends and family and look forward to returning next year thank you Steve for letting us stay in your villa.

Stunning Villa Our vacation at the villa was a nice relaxing week of enjoyment, with 90 degree weather as a pleasant contrast to our typical Michigan March weather. The property was as described, and Steven was an exceptional owner, being very responsive and courteous when we had questions. Our favourite feature, of course, was the pool/hot tub. The property was very clean, , I recommend this property, and you’ll appreciate Steven’s professionalism. Overall, we rate it a 5 out of 5 stars, and the villa is a great place for your families Florida getaway.

GREAT VILLA 5 STARS Super clean! Comfy beds and great showers. Pool safety in place for those with young kids. Always felt safe and secure. Pool heat was worth it. Pool and hot tub were great just wish we had spent more time at the house using them. We had 5 teens with us and they had plenty of room to relax. We would rent this home again without hesitation if we return to Orlando.

What a great villa just had 2 weeks in the villa and it was spotless and just perfect the pictures don't do the home justice, there as been new appliances added this year along with new pool heater. the rooms are so big through out the home and we just loved the pool area it was so large and spacious and so private. My kids just loved it and having a day around the parks all they wanted to do is get back to the villa. very close to all shops and restaurants and just within 15 minutes for Disney. I would highly recommend this villa for location quality and space. and even the communication from Steve and the information pack that Steve sends you as all the information you will need it was just a dream come true and new ill be back hopefully next year thanks Steve and Wendy for letting us use you fabulous Villa. many Thanks Debs

Lovely Villa! Left on Apr 28, 2018 for a stay in Mar 2018 We have just returned from 3 weeks at this is a lovely villa and I can safely say that this is a villa that is very well looked after by it's owners Steve & Wendy and not simply a rental property. All of the furniture in the house is clearly high quality, very comfortable and in very good condition. The grounds and pool are also well maintained and the Spa was great, and very warm :-) As with all Villas in Orlando, you will need a car to get around, but i found that location of the villa was excellent, with very easy access to the 192 and I-4, so quick and easy access to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and all of the parks, which was perfect for us as we spent a lot of time at Busch Gardens. The villa itself is very spacious, with more than enough room for a couple of families to share, and had pretty much everything you could ever need. Steve also kept us up to date with everything, and was very quick to answer any quest

Review: We have just returned from our stay at the Belgravia Villa and it was perfect!! Even before we got there the communications from Steven, the owner, were brilliant and explained every detail. We have been staying in villas in Florida for the past 10 years and like to visit different areas around the attractions and must say this is by far one of our favourites due to the fantastic location (just off US 27) which is only a short journey to Disney and obviously the villa itself. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice as it is fantastic with everything you could possibly require ( and more) during your stay. The pool and jacuzzi were secluded and the perimeter fence provided excellent privacy from others. Additionally even though there were only 2 of us staying in this huge villa we appreciated the security features (and I especially loved the alarm system that could be operated whilst in the villa). We shall definitely be coming back to this villa when we inevet

Great Villa Spent 3 weeks at this villa with my husband and 2 teenage children. This was a lovely villa. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Owner always answered emails and was very helpful. Pool was great but didn't spend much time at villa as always out at the parks. Villa was spacious and clean. Great Holiday.

Absolutely Perfect Villa. The home is beautiful, with plenty of space for all family members to have privacy. My kids did not go a day being bored as there is plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy. We will definitely be back!! The owner is very responsive and helpful to any questions you may have.

Just returned from a 17 night stay here and could not fault the villa itself or the whole service given by the villa owner Steve. A great info pack contained everything we needed to know and the villa itself was perfect. As others have said the photos do not reflect how great the place is. The location is quiet, private and not overlooked, not too far from the main parks and has everything you can think of. Great to have the security of the alarm system whilst you are away from the home. As a family of 6 we would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this property. Belgravia Villa was a fantastic home for our young family to stay for the duration of our 2 week holiday. The photos don't do the villa justice as it's much bigger in person. All areas of the villa were spotlessly clean and in great condition throughout. The hardest thing was dragging my kids out of the pool every day they loved it so much. I would strongly recommend this property and Steve was a great guy to deal with and so helpful. First Class! We would definitely stay at the Belgravia Villa in the future.
