Florida Villa by the Lake is a spacious 1,900 sq. ft. family villa with stunning lake views and a large fully screened private pool. Ideal for the theme parks (15 mins to Disney), fishing, golf, wildlife, walking, restaurants, shopping, entertainment or just relaxing.

Eagle Pointe is a quiet semi-residential community ideally located with Walt Disney World and the rest of Central Florida's many attractions like Universal and SeaWorld only minutes away. Shops and restaurants are just a 5 minute drive away on Highway 192.

The house is all on one level providing easy access to all.

Kitchen

The kitchen is in the heart of the home and is open to the family room. It has everything you might need; a lot of our guests comment on never having seen such a well equipped kitchen. There is a large side-by-side American style fridge freezer with water/ice dispenser in the door, dish washer, oven and microwave as well as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and juicer.

There is ample crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans and patio ware for the whole family.

The master ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and leads out directly onto the pool deck, ideal for grabbing a shower after a dip in the pool.

The villa has two living areas, each with sofas and dining tables. The family room overlooking the lake also has a 65" smart TV.

Outdoor Living

The back of the property faces west and the pool is in sunlight all day from about 10 o'clock every morning until sunset.

If you fancy a day at the beach, we have folding chairs, a cooler box and plenty of beach towels.

We provide free use of baby equipment including a stroller, high chair, travel cot with linen, potty, changing mat and baby monitor. There are also baby plates, cups and cutlery in the kitchen.

All our guests have access to free high speed wireless internet (50 mb download) and free local/national telephone calls to the US and Canada.

There are two large separate living/dining rooms; one formal and one family. The family room overlooks the pool and has a 46 inch flat screen HD TV with 100+ channels and a ”smart” Blu-Ray player giving you access to other channels such as Netflix and Amazon which you can access through your own subscriptions.

Both living rooms have a dining area. The formal dining table seats eight (extra chairs are in the bedrooms) and the family room seats six.

On the patio there is a octagonal table also seating eight.

There are four good sized bedrooms sleeping 8 plus an infant.

The master bedroom has a King size (6 foot 4 inch) bed and is en-suite with direct access to the pool. The master ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

The remaining three bedrooms are two Queen sized (5 foot) and one Disney themed twin (2 x 3 foot 3 in) which share the family bathroom.

All bedrooms have new flatscreen Smart TVs and ceiling fans. The master and the twin also have DVD players.

There are two bathrooms. The master en-suite has a toilet, twin sinks and a large walk-in shower. It has direct access to the pool deck, ideal for when you are getting out of the pool and want a shower.

The family bath has a toilet, sink and tub with shower overhead.

Both bathrooms have a hair dryer and there are also a pair of ceramic straighteners available.

The large 28 foot (8.5 m) pool has recently been refurbished and can be heated if required (additional charge). It faces west and gets sunlight from mid morning until sunset. On a calm morning you may be greeted with the sight of several hot-air balloons drifting northwards and no two evenings are the same with the beautiful sunsets across the lake.

There is a large fixed gazebo that provides shade at all times of the day. It is a perfect space for alfresco dining) with a patio table with eight chairs and two loungers.

All doors onto the pool area are equipped with pool alarms and the cabana door gives immediate access to the master bathroom shower.

There is a separate laundry room with high capacity washing machine and drier so no need to bring too many clothes with you or take dirty washing home. Anyway you will need to leave plenty of space in your suitcases for all the clothes and gifts you are going to buy in the local malls!

The garage has been converted into a Games room with portable Air conditioning unit, pool table, electronic dart board, comfy sofas and an extra fridge/freezer for wine and beer etc. There is also a workout bench with a set of weights and an exercise ball.

If you enjoy fishing, there are a couple of fishing rods, catch net and tackle. The lake is stocked with a range of fish species including largemouth bass, catfish, carp and gar. Note it is strictly ”catch and release”!
