We have just returned from the most amazing 11 nights at the Disney Lake View Villa. So peaceful, absolutely stunning lake views, beautiful spacious villa, gated community and just a short drive from all major attractions. I highly recommend this place!

We’ve just come home from the absolute BEST stay at this stunning villa! It was our first ever holiday in Florida with our 6yr old and 2yr old and this villa was perfect for us! 😍🙌🏻 Super close to Disney and lots of other things nearby! Wallmart just down the road was sooo handy to grab any food etc! The villa was so clean and spacious and the air con was and absolute life saver in that heat 🤣😍🙌🏻🙌🏻 the door to the pool was super safe for the kids! Also, the view out the back onto the lake was just stunning!!!!!!! We were so sad to leave and we can’t wait to come back again asap!

We have stayed at the property for 24 days. We have been to Orlando 15 times and had a villa 14 of these. This villa is lovely, spacious & modern, it is definitely the one we will be going to in future. It’s in a good , quite location and close to the clubhouse. The views are by far the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It will be hard to drag yourself away from them each morning. There are 3 large ducks that seem to think they live here and most days would stand outside the front door 🦆. David the owner is very hands on, any questions are answered promptly and he follows up to make sure everything is ok and if there’s anything he can do. The process start to finish was seamless. Thank you David & family for a lovely stay 😊

Had a lovely 7 night stay at this peaceful villa in early June 2024. Villa is located in a gated community and is close to Disney. All the rooms are gorgeous and well decorated and furnished. We swam in the pool at the villa every afternoon after visiting the theme parks and enjoyed just looking at the lake that the property backs onto to wind down and relax. There was a family of ducks and ducklings that walked past the property regularly that my kids fed and that made my day! No problems with stay, looking to book again and return next year.

Just had a fantastic getaway at the villa. Could not fault it. Beautiful place with lovely views. It’s in the middle of all the action with just a short drive to everything you want to do. Great place to relax after a long day at Disney. Would highly recommend and we will hopefully book in again next time.

From start to finish I had the most incredible holiday the attention to detail throughout the stay was second to none kids loved the swimming pool the property was very secure and spotless inside and out we felt like we had lived there forever and really didn't want to leave we will be back thanks to David for great communication and advise when we couldn't work out how to use the WiFi lol

Lake Berkley's community facilities also enhanced our stay significantly. Our family took full advantage of the larger communal pools, tennis courts, and nature trails surrounding the lake. These amenities provided us with opportunities to unwind and immerse ourselves deeply into holiday mode while staying active. Location wise, Disney Lake View Villa could not have been more perfect. Its proximity to Disney Parks allowed us to effortlessly enjoy multiple visits without long commute times a massive plus for any family visiting Orlando's world-renowned attractions. Furthermore, customer service exceeded our expectations. The villa owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating right from our initial enquiry through to checkout they genuinely ensured everything went smoothly during our stay. In summary, Disney Lake View Villa in Lake Berkley is a true gem offering comfort, convenience, tranquility, and magic all rolled into one fantastic package, it's an ideal getaway spot for families looking to create lasting memories near Disney World. Five stars aren’t enough to rate our exceptional stay; we can't recommend this place highly enough!

Just had the best holiday ever, in this amazing Villa. The location was perfect, 10 minute drive to Disney. The pool was huge, and clean and the view from the pool was incredible. The rooms were modern and clean. Everything about this Villa was 10 out of 10. Just booked again for next year
