The house was absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect size for my whole family and had something for everyone including two toddlers, which is hard to find a place like that. The hot tub and heated pool were so relaxing after long days at the parks. The resort itself had amazing amenities as well. The house was easy to get to from the parks and any store needed. We had a great stay with our two young kids. My son is non-verbal with ASD. We appreciated the kid’s plates/bowls that kept food from touching (iykyk!) The pool safety fence and locks on the doors were great. The bathroom door that leads to the pool didn’t have a higher up lock, but we just made sure an adult slept in that bedroom. Plenty of pool towels. They loved the treehouse bunk and toys to play with. The blackout curtains kept light out of the bedrooms so they didn’t wake too early. The hosts were great and always responsive. We had a fun stay!

We had a fantastic experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described – clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The home had all the amenities we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home.
The location was ideal – close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Communication with the host was excellent: they were responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Windsor Island Resort is easy to find. We were a mixed age group party of 13. The space and facilities in the villa were ideal. The home exceeded expectations, beautifully decorated and furnished. The beds were really comfortable!
The children made good use of the pool and games room.
The villa is situation in a great position with a Publix and restaurants nearby. The Disney parks are close by - only 9 miles/ 20 minutes by car.
The host, Brigitte is extremely responsive to queries and helpful.
We had a fabulous family holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this villa.

We had a wonderful stay at the Windsor Magical Villa, highly recommend! The host is extremely responsive and helpful answering all of our questions promptly! The house was gorgeous and had alittle something for everyone! We didn’t even use the resort much because we had everything we needed right at the house with an amazing pool and spa to ourselves! A group of 11 of us stayed here and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also beautiful common areas to hang out together too.
Extremely clean as well!!! We will be back for sure!

We recently stayed here, 8 adults and 4 children (14, 12, 7 and 6). It is a beautiful villa and immaculately clean. The range of facilities is brilliant from the well equipped kitchen to the play/ games areas. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need from a coffee drip machine to an air fryer. Loads of pots and pans etc. The pool was lovely, a nice size and spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are all good sizes and the beds and bedding very comfortable. The bathrooms were all spotless and well equipped. We found that there was plenty of space for us all to be able to do our own thing if we wanted. The complex area is lovely with pools, slides, hot tub and a lazy river. There is also mini golf, a gym and a free amusement arcade alongside a bar and food venue. Location is good for Disney and Universal, usually taking between 20 to 40 mins depending on traffic and a little over an hour to Busch. Lots of local shops and eateries within a 5 minute drive. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived but an email to Brigitte got them sorted. Brigitte is very easy to deal with and we would definitely look to book with her again in the future.

My family and I just had an incredible stay at this magnificent home conveniently located near Universal Studios and Disney World. Each room offered a unique theme, making it feel like a magical adventure. The open and spacious first floor featured a casual dining area in the kitchen(bar) and a formal dining space that was perfect for elegant meals.The comfortable living room was perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor area with sitting area for gathering with grill and a heated pool with hot tub was a fantastic place to unwind. The game room, complete with a pool table and arcade games, not to mention for the littles a little tykes car (“definitely not expected”) was a major hit for everyone.While we did face a minor issue, the owner was exceptionally responsive and addressed our needs promptly. She provided a refund for the days we had pool and hot tub issues, showcasing her dedication to customer service.Overall, this experience was one of the best I've had in a vacation rental in Orlando. The combination of a beautiful home and outstanding hospitality makes it a place I can’t wait to return to. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Windsor Island Resort is a one of the newest rental communities in the Walt Disney World area, offering spectacular luxury 5 to 10-bedroom vacation villas with private pools. Guests can enjoy the huge resort pool with cabanas, water slides, lazy river and pool-side bar. There is a clubhouse with fitness centre, games arcade and shop, as well as outside amenities which include mini golf, tennis courts, a basketball court and a playground for younger guests. Windsor Island Resort offers guests a wonderfully relaxing environment to unwind after a day visiting the attractions.
Bordering the central section of highway US27 there are Publix supermarkets located at Champions Crossing and Berry Town; with each having a number of local shops alongside. The nearest Walmart supermarkets are north on US27 or south towards Haines City. There are some restaurants and eateries bordering this section of US27, including Applebees, IHOP, McDonalds, Wendy's, Best of British Pub and Beef O'Bradys. However, if you head towards the ChampionsGate area you will find many more including Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant. Travel south to the junction between US27 and Interstate 4 for the Posner Park shopping complex which has major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Marshalls and many more. There is also a further selection of restaurants, eateries and a tavern bordering highway US27.
