As seen on "The Lodge Guys" vlog series (Sept 2023), this gorgeous lake-side themed 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom private pool home has recently been fully refurbished throughout and is located in a prime position on the resort of Sunset Lakes, a peaceful gated subdivision, situated less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort's entrance and conveniently located for other attractions, golf, shopping and restaurants. We offer accommodation for up to 10 guests across 4 generously proportioned bedrooms and open spacious living areas.
This property is ideal for guests seeking many kinds of break. It is optimally located for those Magical Disney vacations; close enough to make the all-important rope-drop times, and to pop back for a break in the hottest part of the day, but quiet and peaceful enough to be able to fully wind-down. The lakeside position, with no rear neighbours, allows guests to relax out on the deck and catch some truly spectacular sunsets, distant electrical storms and even the plumes of rockets launched from the famous Space Coast.
The open-plan living area comprises a large kitchen, well-equipped with everything you'd need for self-catering including oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. A breakfast bar, with stools, connects to the dining area, which contains a large dining table. In the main living space you can either relax on the large sectional sofa to enjoy entertainment on the 75” Smart TV or just chill at the views which extend beyond the pool and south-facing deck, onto the beautiful lake.

This lake-side villa offers accommodation for up to 10 guests, with 4 spacious bedrooms, all of which have Smart TVs. To the rear of the property is the Master bedroom with super king bed. Patio doors open directly on to the pool deck, and you can enjoy views of the beautiful lake without even having to get up out of bed. There is a large en-suite bathroom with his & her sinks, separate bath and shower, along with a walk-in closet to store clothes and suitcases. To the front of the property there is another large bedroom with 2 queen beds and an en-suite shower room. There is also a Mickey-themed bedroom with a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), and a Mickey-themed twin bedroom. There is a separate 3rd bathroom, again with 2 sinks and a bath with integrated shower.
Outside you will find another dining area under the lanai, and a large pool deck with plenty of sunbeds and two rocking chairs to relax in.
The deck backs on to a beautiful large lake with uninterrupted views due to no rear neighbours. From here, you can watch you can sit and watch dazzling sunsets, as well the local wildlife including turtles, birds and even the odd gator gliding across the water.
The pool can be heated, at an additional fee, if required during the cooler months. Guests also have free use of a BBQ grill.
For convenience, there is a washer and dryer provided for guests’ use, along with an iron and ironing board. There are plenty of towels, pool towels and spare linens available. The home also offers high speed WiFi. Some equipment is provided to make stays with young children easier, including a pushchair, a foldable crib and a highchair.
Parking is available to the front of the property for two cars on the driveway. Fishing is available for enthusiasts on a catch and release basis, with rods and nets provided should guests so wish.
There are also bicycles stored in the garage which guests are welcome to use, as well as plenty of pool toys and floats so guests don’t have to worry about bringing them. In addition to the home's private amenities, Sunset Lakes also has its own community swimming pool and children's playground that guests can enjoy free of charge.

Thank you for a brilliant stay! This was our first time choosing to stay in a villa rather than onsite at Disney and it exceeded our expectations, it only took around 15 minutes to travel to the parks with Animal Kingdom being even closer. The villa was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We loved having so much space to relax particularly in the pool and outdoor area that overlook the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and it was so useful to have access to the washer/dryer as well. We have already booked our next stay and can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful property in a gated & very secure community with lovely views across the lake ! The house is very well presented with generous rooms & lots of space for a large family. It has all amenities & a lovely netted pool deck which benefits from the sun in the afternoon offering lovely sunsets !
Its only a short distance from all of the Disney Parks & shopping & restaurants are only a very short drive away ! We loved staying there & would highly recommend it ! Thanks Joe & Christie

We loved our stay at the lakeside house! The location is excellent (15 minute drive to Disney) and yet it is quiet, private and relaxing after a busy day at the parks. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and back patio which faces the lake and provides a peaceful spot for bird watching and enjoying a bit of nature’s beauty in busy Orlando. The house is clean, spacious and well equipped and decorated in modern blue and white decor. There is a Walmart at the end of the road which is convenient for picking up groceries and other essentials. There are also plenty of chain restaurants and shops within a ten minute drive of the house. Thank you, for your quick communication and helpful instructions. Our family enjoyed the house and we appreciated having our own private oasis away from the crowds!

Perfect base
We had an amazing 10 days at this property. There were a couple of small snags when we arrived but management dealt with them in record time and their communication was great. The spotless pool, TVs, comfy beds and plentiful bathrooms were just what we needed after long days spent enjoining the Disney Parks and the location was perfect for exploring Orlando. We would happily book this property again!

Sunset Lakes, Four Corners
Sunset Lakes is a small, private gated community offering 3, 4 and 5-bedroom vacation villas located around two naturally formed stocked lakes. Guests can enjoy the communal pool, whilst children have their own play area.
On the nearby highway US192 there is an Aldi, Walgreens, other smaller shops, eateries and service stations. Head east on US192 for the Rolling Oaks shopping complex, where you will find a Publix supermarket and Super Target. Travel further east towards Kissimmee for the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex and a Walmart supercenter at the junction with Old Lake Wilson Rd. Within these complexes and on the stretch of US192 between there are a variety of restaurants, which include Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Ford's Garage, Bonefish Grill, Cheddar's, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and Giordano's Italian restaurant. You will also find a selection of pizzerias, a Chinese take-away, sushi bar and many fast-food restaurants including Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.
