3 Bed / 2 Bath, Sleeps 6 - Private Pool with Spa / Hot Tub - Games Room

We stayed at Lakeside Haven in July 2022. Our party was me wife, 13yr old daughter, her friend and me. Firstly I would like to say that the communications and feedback from Sandra Chambers was first class, after a couple of cancellations (covid) Sandra was always very understanding and helpful. The property itself was perfect for us. All modern amenities, spacious rooms and cleanliness were spot on. The pool and outside area was so good and welcome as it was often very hot, AC and ceiling fans perfect in all rooms. Wifi and a TV streaming service was great on our rest days. The grass and lake are lovely and we all enjoyed meeting the birds and the soft shell turtles. We had a hire car and the location was great for us, a couple of minutes from the 192 with shops and some restaurants literally within a 5 minute drive and then the theme parks and shopping outlet centre 15 - 25 minutes away, MCO airport was an easy 20minutes drive. Being close to the 192 the nearby road network was helpful when we drove further afield to Clearwater Beach, Cocoa Beach and Busch Gardens in Tampa. Overall we enjoyed a fantastic 16day stay at Lakeside Haven and would highly recommend the villa for anyone wishing to stay in kissimmee or near Orlando. If we ever visit Orlando again this will be our first option for accommodation.

'Lakeside Haven' Fantastic South Facing Pool, Spa and Stunning Lakeside Views. The house is just as advertised. Beds we comfy, house was clean. They left a few items to get you started such as garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper which was greatly appreciated. A very comfortable place for my family. We had a great time in the pool and had fun when it was raining playing darts and pool in the garage. This home is centrally located so you have Walmart and Target within a few miles from the house. Plus of course, you are close to the theme parks. Date of arrival - 22 June 2021

When it comes to your vacation it's like they say with real estate, location, location, location. This lovely villa is in the absolute perfect location for Disney, Universal, Seaworld, or just to relax in a quiet, private and safe subdivision. There are several shops and restaurants all within 1 mile. The villa has all the essentials you need and has that home away from home feel.It over looks a small lake with no neighbors behind you. We have been visiting Florida for years and have rented several other villa's but we love this one so much that we have already booked it again and plan on booking every year now. But what really separates this villa from all others is the owners. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible vacation. The hospitality is second to none and you wont find better host in Florida. Me and my family had a fabulous time staying at the villa. The villa had everything you could wish for and was extremely well equipped. We loved the homely touches and the BBQ was a bonus. BBQs for breakfast were a great start to the day. The location was perfect for Disney and universal as well as plenty of local restaurants and shopping along the 192. The customer service we received from Sandra throughout our whole booking was outstanding. Thank you Sandra.

Perfect location for a family holiday in Florida. The house is situated perfectly for either a rip roaring Disney park holiday or a quiet retreat as a rest. The shops are close by but not to close. The parks are a twenty minute drive. Walmart is a five minute drive. The house is located on a quiet street away from the main roads. The home is fully equipped and very comfortable with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool is a great social area and is not overlooked. We had a great time here and would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Florida. Both Martin and Sandra were helpful from booking to any advise we wanted along the way. We would and will book this house again.

Very clean,fully stocked a true home away from home! Left on Mar 28, 2017 for a stay in Mar 2017 I was so impressed by how fully stocked the home was from the dishes, linen and towels. There was plenty of room so the kids did not get annoyed with each other. I love the added alarm to all the door because it was an extra safety net for the children. There were even smart TV's in the living room and the kids decorated room which kept them occupied because they were able to log onto to our Netflix account and watch movies. The pool was very clean and the entire screened pool area was such a nice place to be with a great scenery. I would recommend this home and will surely be staying here again!

Excellent value for money! Left on Jan 12, 2017 for a stay in Dec 2016 Easily located villa with Google Maps as we drove to Kissimmee from Miami. Safe area. A fresh aroma greeted us as we opened the door. Spacious, clean with abundant crisp bedding and towels. Fully stocked with kitchen untensils, only bring your food. Working stove/ oven and fridge/ freezer. 3 spacious bedrooms with closets and TV in each room and lounge. extra sleeper couch in lounge too. Large washing machine and dryer, bring your soap etc. 2 spacious bathrooms with toilets were clean and in excellent condition. Excellent enclosed pool area, which the children enjoyed. Garage. Safe for valuables. Near Disney and other attractions. Had the most enjoyable 7 days stay. My deposit was refunded promptly.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Left on Apr 7, 2017 for a stay in Mar 2017 Beautiful home from home, over looking the lake. Great location, handy for everything. Stayed in a few other villas but this is the one we would go back to. Highly recommended,

Lakeside Haven was exactly what we wanted - in a great location close to all the parks, stunning lake view with plenty of wildlife, extremely private south facing pool and most importantly clean on arrival! Sandra and Martyn were very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions and provide recommendations on local restaurants, taxi firms, etc We have only been home a couple of weeks and already looking to return next year!

“Lovely House, Perfect Location” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2015 This villa is the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday in Orlando. We could drive to Disneyworld, Seaworld and Universal Studios in half an hour or less. The house itself is located in a quiet residential area. It is large and comfortable and could easily accommodate our family of five for our two week stay in July. It has a lovely pool and BBQ area with wonderful views of the lake. The owners were really helpful and supplied us with lots of information about local restaurants, the best places to buy theme park tickets and some places to visit which were off the usual tourist track. We would love to return and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Kissimmee.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home and all its amenities (heated pool was fantastic for the kids!), along with a comfortable living room and kitchen area. We were also incredibly impressed with how convenient this location was for all our plans in the Orlando area. The house was in very good, clean condition on our arrival and the entire process was very smooth and easy. Upon first entering the home I automatically felt right at home. The house was beautifully furnished and clean! I was amazed at all the amenities that were included in the home. The kitchen area was fully stocked and made meal prep fast and enjoyable. There were even spices in the cabinets. The pool area a was a nice retreat from the long days in amusement parks. My twins enjoyed the pool area and the wildlife that was right outside (birds, turtles). The neighborhood was super friendly and the house was very easy to find. The house was also ideally located within minutes from major attractions. The master suite was what I fell in love with! Super comfy bed with a walk in closet, access to the pool from the bedroom and bathroom.

I am emailing to say that our stay in Florida at your Villa (Lakeside Haven) was excellent. The house fits our needs exactly and it was in a great location close to everything. The kids loved the pool and the themed bedroom. Being able to come back to the house after a day at the parks and relax in your very own private pool and the villa was perfect. We will definitely being looking to rent your house the next time we are in Orlando – which looks like it might be sooner rather than later as the kids are asking to go back.

Thank you for the quick deposit refund. We just came home this weekend - after leaving your villa we drove almost a week to Miami. Your villa was great - great location and more than enough cooking equipment so you didn’t have to load the dishwasher after each breakfast / diner. The kids especially liked their own pool and the 16" family pizzas we made in the oven. We can only recommend it.
