Large Decking Area Surrounding a Large Private Swimming Pool which is in a a Mesh Enclosure, Pool Heating is Available if Required for an Additional Cost. There are Loungers with Padded Cushions, Patio Table and Chairs with Padded Cushions, a Lanai with an Outside Ceiling Light, a High Wall Runs along the Rear of the Property and gives Added Privacy, There is Plenty of Room for Sunbathing and Dining Outside. The decking area is very large and has the room to move your sun loungers wherever you want. The gas barbeque which runs from the gas mains and is just outside of the decking area, is a really nice facility to have and it is good to know that you won’t be running out of gas or coals, the coals are ceramic and are a permanent feature, so when you think of having a barbeque you will always be ready to go. The patio table and chairs are situated under the covered lanai and is an ideal place to eat or drink if you want to be out of the sun and provides a lovely comfortable area. The Swimming Pool is Large and is a lovely pool to swim in, you have two doors leading to the Swimming Pool from inside the Villa, one is from the 2nd Bathroom door which leads straight out on to the Decking Area and Pool, the other door is the Patio Doors leading from the Rear Lounge and Leads straight out to the Lanai and the Patio Dining Area, Decking and the Swimming Pool. There are Two Outside Lights, to the Decking and Swimming Pool Area, One Outside the 2nd Bathroom and the other one is a Ceiling Light and is on the Outside Ceiling of the Lanai which is ideal if you want to sit Outside if you are having an Evening Meal at the Dining Patio Table and it is so Relaxing Overlooking the Shimmering Swimming Pool Especially if you have Cooked the Meal on the lovely Free Outside Gas Barbeque

Indian Ridge is an established part-residential community set in conservation woodland and offering 3 and 4-bedroom villas which are spaced for privacy.
On the nearby highway US192 alongside the junction with toll road SR429 there is the Rolling Oaks shopping complex, where you will find a Publix supermarket and Super Target. Travel east towards Kissimmee for the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex and a Walmart supercenter at the junction with Old Lake Wilson Rd. Within these complexes and on the stretch of US192 between there are a variety of restaurants, which include Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Ford's Garage, Bonefish Grill, Cheddar's, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and Giordano's Italian restaurant.
