The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The private pool was a real highlight, especially after long days at the theme parks. The location was excellent—close enough to Universal and other Orlando attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the home had plenty of space for our family to spread out. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, and everything was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Magic on Magnolia to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient holiday home in the Orlando area.

★★★★★ Very much enjoyed our stay. Home is in a quiet gated community, and you are 5-10 minutes from anything you need and/or shipped to you. Was very clean, pool faces the south which is great and Lynn (management) is very responsive to anything. Home can easily fit 2 families of 4 (we were a family of 6). Paid for the pool heat and unlike some it is hit or miss and you have to sometimes ask the host to turn it up but our pool and hot tub were very warm and well worth it! We had no issues and would recommend this house to anyone. Great stay.

Excellent Stay with Family ★★★★★ This was our second visit to this villa and we had a lovely two weeks. Centrally located for the parks, supermarkets and restaurants. It has everything you could want, beds and pillows were so comfy we struggled to get out of bed in the mornings, as was the sofa in the living area. The kitchen had all the gadgets you need and the games room in the garage was an extra bonus, although we didn't use it but would be perfect for older children. The pool area was great, we did get the pool heated even though it was May and the weather was hot but it was a godsend for my 3 year old grandson who went in every morning and evening, which I don't think he would have done without the heating. It's also ideal for a rest day. I would definitely book again and I would recommend this villa to anyone. It was easy to book and Ushma replied promptly to all my emails.

Family Fun Holiday in Florida ★★★★★ A great base for visiting the theme parks in Orlando. In a lovely gated community with an Irish bar 5 minute walk away and a choice of restaurants 15 minutes walk away. Supermarkets are close by too. Great sized rooms, perfect for families and couples. Brilliantly equipped kitchen. The enclosed pool area was brilliant for chilling out on. We chose to have the pool heated which we were glad we did. Communications with Ushma and the management team was very good, they were very helpful and quick to respond when we had a few hiccups following on from the hurricane that hit Florida. We had a great time staying here, fantastic memories made at Magic on Magnolia!

Excellent base for an Orlando holiday! ★★★★★ This was my family's first visit to Orlando, and choosing the right villa for our holiday was really important for us. Luckily, we chose well and stayed at Magic on Magnolia! Firstly, the villa itself. All four bedrooms are a good size, and the direct pool deck access from the two "main" bedrooms is a great feature. The villa is spacious and the open plan kitchen/dining/living area is a great space for relaxing. The beds were really comfortable and it was really easy to feel at home. The pool area was also fantastic, with plenty of seating. It felt really private and was brilliant to be able to relax after a day in the theme parks. We stayed in mid to late September, and did not require pool heating at all. The communication from the host was excellent from my initial enquiry all the way up to our stay and after our departure; we even received an email as a hurricane was approaching, checking that we were aware and had everything we needed. Also on the topic of communication, the information regarding the villa that was present inside the villa was really clear and helpful. Finally, the location was excellent. Getting to Walt Disney World was a piece of cake, and although Universal was further away, it was still really easy to get there on a morning. There are so many good restaurants within a 10 minute or so drive, and if your plans include day trips out of the Orlando area I would highly recommend this villa. We traveled to Tampa on a couple of days and found it so easy because we could avoid all the theme park traffic. There are also several state parks/recreation areas nearby that offer great trails and wildlife spotting opportunities if that is your thing. All in all my family and I all really enjoyed staying here, and would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect location for a Disney/Universal holiday ★★★★★ Our first family visit to Orlando as 2 adults 3 children. The villa is in a great location with a Walmart 5 minutes down the road, 20-30 minutes from Disney with a fairly straight forward drive. Other amenities close by. The villa itself is clean and comfortable with plenty of space and a nice sized private pool. Communication with Ushma was fantastic and responded promptly with all information we needed. We were even able to check-in slightly early due to availability. Management responded quickly to a couple of queries we had. Overall fantastic location for a Disney holiday, slightly further to Universal but fine with us. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Would Stay Again! ★★★★★ I found this villa through the Facebook page “Licensed Orlando Villas” and spoke with Ushma directly to make the booking. Ushma was very easy to deal with and answered all my questions prior to our stay. The villa itself is in an excellent location and a very well maintained gated community. There’s even a valet service that takes the bins (trash cans) out to the curb! You are 2mins away from Walmart and 5-10mins drive from all the restaurants on the 192. The route times on google maps were pretty accurate for all our trips, general rule of thumb being 45mins to Universal and around 35mins to Disney Springs. The worst part was getting out of the complex due to there not being a slip road, but a stop junction, and given our luck we always ended up getting there at the same time the traffic just got the green light! 🙈 The villa is very well kept and has all the amenities you may need. A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & tumble dryer, hair dryers, air conditioning as well as fans in all rooms. I wish there were more places to hang your towels out in the bathrooms, but we managed to make it work. The pool area was well kept, with 4 sun loungers and a table and chairs, some pool floats, pool had very clear water with a regular maintenance visit. Unfortunately, the pool light was broken during our stay which meant we couldn’t use the pool in the evenings. There are no direct neighbours that you look on to and a generally nice and quiet area to be in. Perfect for a relaxing day by the pool. The games room is a nice touch for a night in. For reference, we were a party of 4 (2 couples) and found the space very comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again.

It really is Magic on Magnolia ★★★★★ Great family villa near Orlando in a well kept, tidy, quiet, safe gated neighbourhood. The villa has everything a family would need for a self catering holiday. Comfy beds, en-suite bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. And not to forget the covered pool just outside the back door. Handy location just 15/20 minutes from Disney car parks with a Walmart and plenty of eating places with 5 minutes of the front door. We would highly recommend this and I expect we will be back when holidaying in the area again.

The villa with a lovely pool is nicely fitted out, with balanced décor in great location for visiting theme parks ,either coasts, and not too far from Orlando Int Airport.Also plenty of places to choose to eat in the neighbourhood. The nearby clubhouse staff were also very helpful . Before you go shop ,check out the storage area in the dining area. We had to leave some items that we did not use like tea, as have previous renters Comes highly recommended.

Quality, value, location 10 out of 10 ★★★★★ The whole villa was excellent from the moment we arrived, and after a near 9 he flight, the beds were a welcome sight - in fact we all said it was the best nights sleep in ages. Pool, rooms, facilities, games were all made the most of to keep us entertained when not out and about at the theme parks or shopping malls, in fact it was just nice to have somewhere to come back to relax and recuperate. I had no problem dealing with the owner who was very patient with me when I had trouble with the flights and then added extra days . Ushma also gave me a late check out as I had a baby with me . Fantastic 50th Birthday Trip ★★★★★ We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa. The villa is stunning, great rooms, the games room was good fun in the evenings and the pool and jacuzzi we made great use of, the pool heating was perfect for December. The gated complex was great and the area was quiet and peaceful. Walmart is really close for food shopping and the parks were only ever a short drive. I had an amazing 50th Birthday trip and I can’t thank Ushma enough, communications before, during and after was fantastic.

★★★★★ Initially drove past the property as the villas are not numbered consecutively. Entry by key code was easy enough and we were not disappointed on entering the Villa. More than enough space for us and the pool was a nice size. We found the shops a short drive away, the Irish bar is walking distance from the Villa, we also walked a little further to find more restaurants and we ate at a very good Mexican. Disney an Universal within easy access by car and we also found a route that did not include any toll roads. Management company sent someone out within half an hour of contacting them and replaced battery’s in the safe when we had a problem. Overall an excellent Villa and definitely recommended.

Loved the decor & the hardwood floors in living area,we could feel at home & comfortable without worrying about the kids spilling drinks. All bedrooms had a lovely feel to them & hairdryers in all bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of crockery & cutlery. Lots of towels for showering & pool towels. We loved having our own pool/spa- perfect to cool down & relax. Villa backs onto a conservation area so felt private as not overlooked from behind & it was peaceful and quiet. Amenities at Highgrove are clubhouse,play park and crazy golf & community pool. There is an Irish pub serving British food just outside the gates & many other fast food places in very close proximity. The whole renting process was a pleasure from first contact and queries answered quickly. I would love to visit MagiconMagnolia again & recommend.

The 192 has an abundance of restaurants (Orlando Real Ale House is a must!). What more could you ask? The gated community made a massive different to other villas I have stayed at in Orlando. Considering the community is next to a main road, you don't hear the road noise. Easy to book. Owner responds to questions quickly. We will stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb villa in excellent location! This stunning villa is situated in Clermont. The main focus of our holiday was to visit the Universal Studios theme parks. The villa is very well situated, being only 25 minutes drive to the parks, and even closer to Disney. There are several very good supermarkets on the doorstep and an emergency drop in centre very close by which came in handy for us. The villa and pool management teams were friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend this villa.

We loved having the pool and hot tub to ourselves and what made this villa stand out is there is more privacy when in the pool as the house backs up to a large open grassy area instead of being right next to the back of another house as is the case in other villas in this area. Also, a very quick drive to Disney, stores and restaurants. We loved it so much we will be staying there again in November. Owner is very easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend renting this Florida Villa!

5* Fantastic villa. Everything you need and more. Lots of room, very clean and well maintained. Fabulous pool area. Highgrove is a lovely, safe, welcoming community. We had the most amazing Disney holiday, enhanced by returning here. Really felt at home. Wish we were still there.

Very Nice house and extremely comfortable, you will find all you need. They even have a Wii with various games for children to play. Very pleased and a very beautiful neighbourhood. Will recommend

We have rented several homes in Orlando, but your home byfar was the best. We love the gated community and quite peacefulness surroundings. Perfect home away from home. This was our 2nd year staying at this villa in beautiful Highgrove and already looking forward to next year. It is in a lovely gated community where you can relax and enjoy the sun from morning until sunset but are only 15 minutes from Disney or Universal and close to restaurants and shopping. The villa itself is well designed for families, comfortable, nicely decorated and is equipped with everything you will need for your vacation. Kids love the pool.

*****Excellent villa, very comfortable, lovely pool and good location We found the villa an excellent place to stay, there was plenty of room for all of us, seven in total, and the pool and jacuzzi were very welcomed at the end of a busy day in the parks. The location was good especially with Walmart being so close we could pop in there easily on the way home, we all had a fabulous holiday and would love to stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely Villa in great community. Highgrove is a great little community with a friendly club house open 8am to 8 pm boasting a Gym an outdoor pool and a friendly cat. The villa was a single story 4 bedrooms property with both private pool & Jacuzzi, the house was decorate to a high standard, with all mod cons including TV in every bedroom, and WIFI, the pool area was not over looked just houses either side, the whole area was very quiet. Great communication with the owner, which (travelling from the UK) made the whole experience less stressful, we did have a problem with a bathroom cistern flush which the management team repaired within the hour (very professional & efficient). I would be very happy to rent this property again next year,

The house was stunning and had everything that we needed. It was so nice to have the extra bath and swimming towels as well. It was clean and welcoming. We didn''t have any issues during our stay and we all had an incredible time! The clubhouse amenities were fabulous and the staff there was super helpful in answering our questions as well as giving us recommendations during our stay in Florida! My kids loved the playground and the mini golf! The house was central to endless activities and close to the hwy that leads to Disney! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The homeowner is so pleasant and prompt at booking and returning inquires! The pool was our favorite spot and we spent a lot of time there! "The villa was beautifully presented and had everything as promised and that we needed. Pool is great and the sun shone over the area all day :). Highgrove itself I personally think is a great lovely convenient area - we love it!! The management company were great - we had a little storm whilst we were away that broke one of the screens covering the pool - within 30mins of reporting it they had it fixed!!!! Would not hesitate to book this villa again. Communication with the owner has been brilliant too - informative, helpful and the welcome pack alone was a highlight!!! THANK YOU!!!!"

We had a great stay at this lovely villa. The pool and spa were great. The community it is on is lovely and very well placed. Highly recommended.

The home was very nice. We arrived to a note telling us the pool heater was not working but they had already called for maintenance. Within 2 hours it had been repaired. The owner made sure we were aware of the status and we were comfortable in the home. It was a very good experience. 5 stars for Value, Cleanliness, Comfort, Location, Service and Comfort
