We are Darren and Gail and we own a fabulous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with a private South Facing Pool, on the picturesque community of Sandy Ridge, which is surrounded by golf courses and is still only 10 minutes from Disney..
The community is in a tranquil setting with very little traffic and beautiful woodland, surrounding it. Every villa is individually painted with no two villas next to each other the same color or design, there are a lot of residents on here making it feel very safe and local, and has a lovely safe play area for children with slides and swings etc – making the community feel homely.
Our fantastic villa with its contemporary interior design has all the usual amenities you will find in other villas (pool, en suite bedrooms, TV etc) but we go the extra mile including home comforts that make Pluto's Palace a real home from home.

Sandy Ridge is only two miles from Exit 58 (which is just one exit down from Disney) on Interstate 4. Two minutes drive is Reunion and Champions Gate, with its world renowned golf courses, restaurants, shops, supermarket, Wawa and seven 11 gas stations, takeaways, Papa Johns Pizza, 4Corners Tavern, McDonald’s, Aldi and Publix supermarket and Walmart within five minutes away.
So you can choose to eat out, cook for yourself in our fully equipped kitchen or call and the local eateries will deliver straight to your villa. There have been some additions to the restaurants that are all within 5 minutes away including Texas Roadhouse, Fords Garage, Outback Steakhouse, Longhorns Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Orlando Ale House and Chilli's, Carrabbas, and a new drive thru Panda Express to name but a few.
Because Interstate 4 is so close, everywhere is easy to get to. Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, the brand new Epic Universe, Sea World, Blizzard Beach, International Drive and Old Town, are just a few we recommend for a real good family day out. Busch Gardens is further out (approximately 1 hour drive on Intestate 4) but well worth a visit in our experience.

Our spacious modern villa is luxuriously furnished throughout and is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all rooms. It is all on one level which is ideal for the elderly or children, with no stairs to climb. New wood flooring fitted in August 2024.
• The family room with its high vaulted ceilings includes 65″ wall hung TV, DVD, CD and PS2 will keep the kid & adults entertained. We have a full DVD library with lots of family films and cartoons, One of the sofas can be transformed into a full size Queen pull out bed.
• The fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances, including fridge freezer with ice and water, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker and toaster. All plates cups pans and cutlery is all provided to along with a lot of extras, that you could need during your stay. Everything you could need from a modern functioning kitchen..
• We have 3 bedrooms (with sleeping space for 8 adults), there are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (Two King). The third bedroom being a twin with bathroom opposite making this villa ideal for two families sharing.
There is a Queen size Sofa Bed in the family room also which easily pulls out into a full size Queen bed. All bedrooms have televisions and DVD players.

We have 3 bedrooms with sleeping space for 8 adults including a Queen size sleeper sofa in the family room.
There are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms one has 2 sinks both have walk in showers with seats,(Two king).
• Both have walk-in large closets with plenty of hangers for all your clothes, there are also plenty of drawer space too. There are also wall hung TV's, one 55 inch and the other two are 32 inch.
• The third bedroom being a twin with bathroom opposite with a shower over a bath, making this villa ideal for two families sharing..
• All bedrooms have televisions and DVD players..
• Our villa has 3 bathrooms and showers enough for everybody, with hairdryers x4 and GHD type straighteners all supplied free.

Out onto the patio you have a large 30 x 15 ftSouth Facing Pool for sun all year round (can be heated upon request). You can laze the day away on the pool furniture,or take a dip with the inflatables provided.
There is a massive table with 4 chairs for dining outside, there are 8 other chairs as well so plenty of seating is available.
We have 6 loungers for those relaxing days by the pool, and enough chairs for everyone.
The pool deck area is fully screened and serviced weekly, so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
We have a pool safety fence and this can be erected within minutes also child safety locks are fitted to the patio doors.
Our management company will ensure your stay at Pluto’s Palace will be a happy one, and ensure the villa is serviced between lets with clean towels and bed linen included.

Hi Darren
We had a fantastic time in Florida and once again your villa was just perfect. We felt completely at home as soon as we arrived and the villa is very well equipped. Just hope it wasn’t too much of a pain getting the fan and broken blind slat sorted. The new supermarkets and restaurants are a complete bonus too, we really enjoyed our meals at both Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse. Melbourne airport was just great – it’s tiny and didn’t have to queue for customs or indeed car hire. It’s about an hour and a half drive but I don’t mind as it give you time to used to driving there without busy traffic to contend with. I definitely hope to book your villa again, just need to keep working and saving in the meantime!! Mrs Donna M Charters

Review We spent 10 nights at Pluto's Palace and our stay was awesome. From the beginning, communication with Darren was excellent, answering any queries and his information pack before even reaching Florida was very helpful. The villa was very clean and the utilities were far superb to any other villa we have stayed in. The pool was lovely and beds very comfortable (a must for me!!) and the area very quiet and peaceful. The location is great, a Publix supermarket just 4 mins drive down the road along with pizza, wings, Chinese takeaway and petrol station. The villa is within easy reach of all the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The Villa was very well equipped and short of nothing in a very lovely location, we loved seeing the wild life, Alligators in the lake and the Racoons in the trees. We had one very upset Grandchild yesterday that didn’t want to leave his holiday home (and some big kids too haha).

Review I would like to say a big thank you to Darren for letting us stay . We enjoyed our 2 weeks in villa it was wonderful. Great location ?? with some like my self I suffer with obsession of cleaning and always have to clean before i stay somewhere even hotel the villa was perfect i felt comfortable and at home it was really clean when we arrived early hours in morning the villa was lovely and warm ready for us . I really recommend this villa especially The host Darren he was great he helped us out a lot with recommendations and directions also website for tickets / car hire/ flights We will absolutely love to stay again in the future the pool was wonderful For family with baby they were even chairs and playpen available to use i think this is wonderful idea for the ones who forget to bring or don't want all items to travel with . The washing machine and tumble dryer was a life saver I didn't have to bring any dirty laundry home it was all clean . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, with it being in a residential development it really felt like a home from home. We could have stayed there for much longer. There was plenty of space, both to relax, and dine, but also wardrobe space – there was loads of it!
Whilst we were too busy to take advantage of the games, books and the games tables in the garage, it was great to have so much choice. The pool was the perfect size and was a great way of unwinding after a long day in the parks or shops! The little things like the rain macs for wet days at the park were a great touch too. Once we’d stocked the fridge , we didn’t really want for anything. The location was good, particularly convenient for Animal Kingdom but also allowing alternative routes to and from the other parks and great for our return flight from Tampa. Not only would we return, but we’d also recommend to friends and family. Finally your comms throughout the whole process have been great!

Sorry to have taken so long to reply but just to say thanks for all of your help / info. etc, which contributed to making our stay at Pluto's Palace exactly what we wanted. We spent almost a month enjoying the peace and tranquility at the side of the pool doing absolutely other than escaping the British winter. We ate out only once during our stay, making full use of the nearby Publix supermarket and the facilities of your villa.
The excellent supply of reading material, wi fi and smart TV provided any extra entertainment we needed and as this was about our 8/9th visit to Florida, we stayed close to home for a change. However we did discover the quite local Winter Park, Winter Garden, Winter Haven, Mount Dora and the lovely Downtown Orlando with the peaceful New Smyrna Beach just a little farther afield. This was a big but enjoyable variation from the usual journeys to Theme Parks, The Keys and Everglades, St Augustine, etc which we have enjoyed so much in previo

This was a great villa and we loved spending Christmas and New year here. Everything was wellkept and unlike some other villas we have used in the past this one was extremely clean and it felt loved. A great outdoor space next to the pool that is covered so you can eat outside during the famous florida storms. Loads of dvds and computer games to entertain the kids when the weather is bad and a games room for when you just want to relax. Spoke to some of the neighbours and they all seemed lovely and most people about you are locals so they are not making noise at stupid time at night like some resorts, seeing the local security car driving about also helped feel more secure. The papa John's next to publix is a god send especially on the night you arrive. The i4 is so close even with slow traffic it's only 5-10min away. BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN A PERFECT LOCATION
We booked plutos palace for our stay whilst visiting all the wonderful parks and places Orlando as to offer. The villa was amazing had everything we needed and more was very clean with loads of space for everyone to unwind after a busy day.
The villa is in a perfect location for all the parks, beaches, Shops and Supermarkets, also great to relax by the pool enjoying the sunshine.
We was there for Halloween, my children aged 10 & 13 Was amazed with how America people celebrate it would definitely recommend this time of year.
Darren & Gail gave us loads of useful information and tips for our stay and was very accommodating.
We would highly recommend a stay in Plutos Palace and will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Had a fantastic week at plutos palace. Villa was clean spacious with everything you need and more, games room and pool. Owners great, quick to respond to any booking questions. Our booking was just after the hurricane, the owners kept us informed and made sure everything was right for our arrival. Gave us some good tips on where to eat etc. Mannys Chophouse, American diner atmosphere was fab for reasonable priced steaks. Easy access to motorway and good facilities nearby, we played golf several times as well as visiting theme parks 😎🇺🇸 Highly recommend the villa and the owners who take pride in the property and the service they provide, you won't be disappointed

We have just returned from 2 great weeks at Pluto’s Palace. It is in a lovely quiet location yet still close to the Disney parks. The villa itself was very comfortable with plenty to keep adults and kids entertained. We opted for the pool heating and on those cooler days it was fantastic, like getting into a hot bath. There are plenty of things to do at the villa if the rain stops play, from air hockey, Bar football, Darts, Pool,swimming and playing...the Pool was great for us as we liked the fact we had it heated, Video games , Films, or just chilling out.Location is quiet which we personally wanted, the travel to the parks etc was quite an easy route. generally all things that may be required are within a short distance from the villa. there are some smart shortcuts to the parks which Darren supplied us with and this kept us ahead of the crowds.The villa had every conceivable amenity to hand...Thanks to both of you. Pluto’s Palace is like home from home very clean and beautifully decorated along with everything you need, a lovely pool area which was clean and very safe for the kids when they finally did get out they were straight in the games room.
The owners have really thought about this place adding Toys, DVD’s, Highchair, Pushchair and Inflatable’s for the Pool what more do the kids need when you get back from the parks.
Situation quiet and very safe area just minutes from shops and restaurants and just minutes from the I4 which is the gateway to all the theme parks which were just 10-15 minutes drive away.
We will definitely recommend this villa and will be back very soon couldn’t ask for a nicer place.

We had an absolutely fantastic time!!!
We were so impressed with your villa - clean, modern with all the little extra touches that make you feel like you are in your own home. Loved it and the house was so inviting to return to after a long day at the parks (and shopping!!!). Great location too! Tony plans on getting some golf played during the next visit.
Jet lag is quite bad but holiday was so good it doesn't matter. In fact I have already been online looking at flights for next year. Looking to return around the same dates for 2014 but notice you already have a booking. If you get a cancellation please let us know. We will definitely be recommending your villa to our friends and family.

Thanks for letting us stay at Pluto's Palace. It was amazing & contributed to an awesome holiday. When we got there, I wasn't sure I was in the right place! The villa is so much bigger & more luxurious than it looked on the website. The kids loved the pool & the games room. Normally we go somewhere, then say right we've done that, we'll go somewhere different next year. Not anymore! We're already planning a return trip & Pluto's palace is the only place we'll consider staying. And we've already recommended the villa to our friends who are looking at a trip to Orlando.

Our holiday was fantastic thankyou and your villa was amazing it had everything we needed and more. Also our 5 year old daughter is disabled and in a wheelchair and thought you would like to know that every room was easy to get around in her chair she loved the pool and it was warm enough for her to be able to relax in. Our 7 year old son was very impressed with the toys and all the dvd's.
If we ever come to florida again we will book plutos palace for certain.

Sandy Ridge is a newer community built alongside the orange groves which border Old Lake Wilson Road and a series of ponds. Guests staying here will find single-storey 3-bedroom villas through to larger 5-bedroom villas.
The nearest Publix supermarket is on Lake Wilson Rd near Reunion, with another at the Champions Gate Village and a third towards Loughman. The nearest Walmart Supercenter is at the junction of Old Lake Wilson Rd and US192. Within the ChampionsGate area there are a number of restaurants and eateries including Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant. There are also smaller eateries, diners and fast-food restaurants including McDonalds, Panera Bread and a Greek grill. Travel a little further towards highway US27 and you will find a Beef O'Bradys, Cracker Barrel and a pizzeria. Alternatively, head south towards the intersection between Interstate 4 and highway US27 for the Posner Park shopping complex. Here you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Marshalls in addition to a selection of restaurants, eateries and a tavern.
