Our 2 storey detached home has all the comforts of home under the glorious Florida sun. Professionally furnished and styled each bedroom has its own identity encouraging a restful nights sleep after a busy day experiencing everything Orlando has to offer.
Located just 3.5 miles from the entrance to Animal Kingdom (there's a short cut to avoid most of the 192 traffic!) Windsor Hills offers a great base from which to explore Walt Disney World and is only 15 miles to Universal Resort Orlando.
With a 24 hour guarded gate for your peace of mind, just 5 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from I-Drive, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 60 minutes from Sanford Airport we really are conveniently located for all your Orlando holiday needs

Our bright, airy, modern family room is just perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the fabulous Orlando theme parks.
Flat screen TV with cable, a small library of books available to read and take with you if you haven't finished your book, a selection of traditional board games for all the family and of course, free broadband make this a tranquil, restful space perfect for catching up with everyone in your party after a busy day.
Fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standards to ensure a luxurious holiday, the open plan family room opens directly onto the pool and deck area.
The formal dining area seats 8 at the spacious dining table with seating for a further 4 in the lovely kitchen nook area. There's also seating for 6 at the alfresco table under cover from the wonderful Florida sun

Our master suite with King size bed has its own walk-in closet accessed via the adjoining en-suite bathroom where you will also find a walk in shower, his and her sinks and separate toilet area.
The downstairs Queen suite also has an adjoining en-suite with walk in shower, the closet is accessed from the bedroom.

All 5 welcoming bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning, an abundant supply of linens and bedding and flat screen TV plus radio alarms.

South facing; our pool benefits from maximum exposure to the Florida sun although the covered lanai offers shade if you prefer!
With yet more ceiling fans, sun loungers, security fencing (to keep your little ones safe) and outdoor dining furniture the pool area is the perfect place for casual entertaining and alfresco dining.
Our pool was fully refurbished in 2019, drained, resurfaced, re-tiled and refilled - it's an all new pool. Steps to enter at the shallow end and a shelf to the side of the deep end it's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the fabulous Florida sunshine. The security fence is a legal requirement in Florida and gives peace of mind to those guests travelling with young children but it's equally easy to remove for older parties or adult only groups.

Downstairs
The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen and tableware for both inside and outside dining. Large fridge, freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and kettle (with teapot for the Brits!) make meal preparation as stress free as possible.
The large washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the adjoining garage along with ironing board and iron
Windsor Hills offers a wide variety of community amenities, all available free of charge to our guests. There's a large free form community pool, new children's water park, 2 racing water slides, table tennis, arcade, on site gym, cinema, pool tables, small shop and Tiki bar plus a large children's playground.

We have been back and forth from Florida more times and the location of this home is perfect. The area itself seems so safe and clean and well maintained. We loved the villa and found everything very comfortable and in great condition. The pool area was a huge fav. It's overlooked but we realised nearly all the villas on this estate are in the same situation. Most importantly though it gets the absolute most of the sun and the pool itself was super clean and lovely and warm which was needed on the cooler mornings. I would definitely recommend this villa to all my family and friends and look forward to returning again in the not to distant future.

We are just relaxing on our last evening at your lovely villa and I thought I’d send an email to thank you for the accommodation.
It was absolutely perfect for our stay and I’m happy to add a very positive review to any website that you’d like me to engage with.
The best things were the space, the lovely pool, location (close to parks), comfy beds, good number of bathrooms, good cooking equipment and BBQ was fantastic (it was delivered a day late but they apologised), towels, easy access into house and instructions, living room area and laundry facilities.
We have all had such a great time here. Heading off to Miami tomorrow and kids are all devastated to leave.

We have just got back from the villa after a second visit... we last visited about 4 years ago. The communication with Sue who owns the villa is amazing and we were so happy when we walked back through the door... Windsor Hills is a great place and so close to Disney and Universal a bit further up the road. If you know the area then Windsor hills is one of the best resorts to stay. They have added water slides and new water park since our last visit.. and there is a new Walmart just down the road for shopping... The villa and pool are great and we spent an hour each morning in the pool before venturing out to the parks. The kids loved it... We went with another family who haven't been to Orlando and they loved the villa and location. We are already saving for our next visit. 😀

Lovely vacation home! We stayed 4 days Feb 2020. Home was clean, well cared for and beautiful! We used the pool and the heater is AWESOME! I would recommend this home 2x over, Sue was easy to work with and check in and check out were a breeze.

We stayed at this villa and had a wonderful time. Its bright, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The pool area is fantastic for relaxing days while on holiday. The bedrooms are all large with lots of storage. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped and I loved cooking in the huge oven! Tvs in every room and plenty to keep everyone occupied. The adults and kids fell in love with this villa. The location is great, 5 minutes away from Disney and a Walmart or publix down the road. The owners were fantastic, they were so helpful and nothing is enough trouble for them, great prompt communication the whole time. Can't say enough good things about this villa and can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful villa belonging to Sue in the Windsor Hills resort, July 2019.
The villa was comfortable, spacious & very well maintained! The large recently refurbished pool added to the fun & relaxation for all!
We comfortably slept 9 adults & 2 children in this villa.
The management company were easy to contact & very efficient!
The villa is very close to all the Disney parks & 25-30 minutes to Universal Studios!
It is Situated in the Kissimmee area which has great selection of restaurants which are easy accessible via car or for a few dollars in a taxi!
We obtained this villa at the very last minute (long storey) but cannot believe how lucky we were! Sue was fabulous to deal with & nothing was too much trouble for her. She responded to all texts immediately.
I speak on behalf of all our party & we would highly recommend this villa to our friends & family.
We will defiantly be staying here again.

Windsor Hills is a gated resort-style community offering a mix of condos and 3 to 6-bedroom villas with private pools. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse with movie theatre, fitness centre and games arcade. Outside is a heated lagoon pool with water slides, sports courts and a putting green, whilst children have their own playground.
On the nearby highway US192 alongside the junction with toll road SR429 there is the Rolling Oaks shopping complex, where you will find a Publix supermarket and Super Target. Travel east towards Kissimmee for the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex and a Walmart supercenter at the junction with Old Lake Wilson Rd. Within these complexes and on the stretch of US192 between there are a variety of restaurants, which include Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Ford's Garage, Bonefish Grill, Cheddar's, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and Giordano's Italian restaurant. You will also find a selection of pizzerias, a Chinese take-away, sushi bar and many fast-food restaurants including Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.
