Welcome to our very recently refurbished beautiful holiday villa for you to enjoy in the Florida sunshine!
When you walk through the door into your Orlando vacation home you are greeted with a wonderful family room with new comfy furniture and 58" flatscreen smart TV, with views out across the large pool/spa area.
The property is a detached 4 bedroom villa with 2 true master bedrooms both with king size beds and large en-suites with private toilets. There are also 2 twin bedrooms which share a third bathroom. Sleeping a total of 8 people it's a spacious house and can take 2 families sharing very easily.
Free Wifi internet access is available throughout the house. The home also has air-conditioning.
If you want to dine alfresco leading out from the big sliding patio doors there are table and chairs in the extra large lanai and deck area, which can be placed in either sunshine or shade depending on your preference.
Your private patio is south facing and gets the sun all day long and there are loungers so you can sunbathe to your heart's content and then pop into the pool and spa to cool off. The pool is 30x15' - much larger than average and has just been resurfaced.
The kids (big and small!) can enjoy the villa games room and have their own space, burning off any extra energy on the excellent full size (8ft) Proline slate pool table, table tennis and darts board. Or chillout on the sofas and watch Smart TV or a DVD.
Manor Palms Villa is ideally located for Disney, just 10 miles away, plus easy access to all the other major attractions and theme parks in Orlando. It is situated within the ever popular West Haven resort, The Manor complex has an onsite communal tennis court and two play areas all within the secure gated community.
There are lots of restaurants just minutes away for the days you want to put your feet up. On the other hand if you want to do your own thing and make use of the cooking facilities there are 3 Publix supermarkets just 5 minutes away in each direction. There is also a Walmart superstore 10 minutes away.
There are many top golf courses nearby and on booking we can give you information all about them.
We like to make all our guests feel very welcome, with good communication, help and assistance before you leave home and we have an excellent management company on hand for anything you need during your stay in Florida.
Beautiful spacious open plan living area with comfy sectional sofa, cable TV and wifi. Large very well equipped kitchen. There are 2 inside dining areas as well as the outdoor dining.
2 Large Master bedrooms both with double sink ensuites. There are also 2 twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have televisions with cable TV.

We had the most amazing time at Lisa and Martin's villa. They provided fantastic information, were very accommodating when we needed to move our dates and answered any questions that we had.
The villa was perfect, we were a family of four but it would comfortably fit 8 people with plenty of space both outdoors by the spacious pool area and in the living/dining area. The villa was modern, clean and very comfortable and it was perfect after the busy park days. We loved the location, as there were many restaurants in very close proximity, so we didn't need to travel up to the 192 or hwy 27 for our evening meal. Getting to Disney was also easy. All in all, this villa is perfect and we would 100% recommend it to anyone considering a holiday in Orlando.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed (parks, shopping, etc). Just back from a wonderful stay in Lisa & Martin's excellent villa. The villa is situated in a really quiet area but within touching distance of the main interstate and highways. The villa itself is excellent and the lanlai and pool area are the best I have encountered in Orlando as the sun is on the pool area all day long. Hopefully return sometime in the future.

What a wonderful place to stay with the family when visiting Central Florida. We have stayed in many villas in the area in the past, this one, by far was the cleanest and best maintained!! The layout of the home was perfect. It was very welcoming and felt like a second home to us! The south facing large pool area with the shaded lanai was perfect for all day sunshine and we all thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. An absolute delight to work with!! Honestly, this place was amazing!! We will be booking again when we return to the area!

Lisa & Martin are outstanding hosts -very responsive and helpful! The house was immaculate and perfect for two couples with the two master suites. Another friend stayed in one of the other twin bedrooms and had her own bathroom too with the main bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped. The patio is very private and relaxing and the pool refreshing. It’s a perfect location in the Champions Gate area with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Traffic in the area can be heavy at times so plan ahead. We stayed for four nights but we were so busy we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the game room. The gated community makes it a quiet and secure neighborhood. If we are in the area again we would DEFINITELY return to this beautiful home! Just wanted to let you know how much our family enjoyed our stay in your beautiful Florida home. We could live there forever! Your home is very clean and very nicely decorated. The pool is awesome. Our final days weather was a little cooler and we especially enjoyed opening the patio door and enjoying the breeze. This was our first time at the Manor Palms Villa and right from the initial enquiry stage, Lisa and Martin were fantastic. The paperwork was simple and straightforward and the instructions for driving to and accessing the gated community and the villa were absolutely first class. We stayed for 8 nights in this villa which was exceptionally clean and tidy (both inside and out) and felt very safe with the easy-to-use security system. The rear aspect of the villa is nice and private looking directly into undeveloped land with trees and bushes, so it really felt like a calm oasis even though it was so close to the busyness of the I4 and the theme parks. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
West Haven, US27 (Central)
West Haven is a collection of a gated sub-divisions which have upwards of 60 villas in each. The sub-divisions are: The Abbey, The Green, The Hamlet, The Manor, Sanctuary, The Shire and The Dales. Dependent on which sub-division the villa is located, you may be able to use the clubhouse, gymnasium, communal pool, tennis courts and volleyball pitch. Always check before booking with the villa owner to confirm access to these communal facilities.
Bordering the central section of highway US27 there are Publix supermarkets located at Champions Crossing and Berry Town; with each having a number of local shops alongside. The nearest Walmart supermarkets are north on US27 or south towards Haines City. There are some restaurants and eateries bordering this section of US27, including Applebees, IHOP, McDonalds, Wendy's, Best of British Pub and Beef O'Bradys. However, if you head towards the ChampionsGate area you will find many more including Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant. Travel south to the junction between US27 and Interstate 4 for the Posner Park shopping complex which has major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Marshalls and many more. There is also a further selection of restaurants, eateries and a tavern bordering highway US27.
