Beautiful, executive 2900 Sqft villa with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms which includes 4 master suites! Southwest facing Screened South West Facing Private Pool and Spacious Covered Lanai. Located on a peaceful court in a beautifully well-manicured, prestigious and 24 hours guarded community. It can comfortably sleep up to 13 guests.
Two King & two Queen Master En-Suites provide the needed privacy with attached bathrooms and separate Cable TVs. One of the king Master En-Suites is located on the main floor. Bedroom 5 & 6 are furnished as Princess room and Mickeys room with 3 twin beds and 1 bunk-bed and share a full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen makes you feel home away from home. Family room with 18 feet high ceiling provides lot of Sun. Separate Living room and a Powder room are nice additions to the main floor.
You will love the Games room with Air Hockey, Foosball and Billiards.
The Emerald Island Resort is surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve. You can enjoy all the facilities provided within the resort free of cost. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this Island serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything.
Hot Attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and Sea World are all nearby. Disney is so close you can be there in 10 minutes. The new H2O Water Park is located just a half mile away, priced at just $60/person. This new water park is great addition to this area and is just around the corner from your vacation villa.
Restaurants: Pick up an area map from the Clubhouse and choose from a huge number of nearby Restaurants, Diners and Specialty Food Outlets along Highway 192 as well as themed Restaurants at Downtown Disney and Universal City Walk.
Additional information about including tickets, shopping and restaurant is available at the Concierge service located in the clubhouse.
Please note, the resort will charge additional $20/access card. One access card is mandatory to purchase with maximum up to 6 (one for each car that will be parked overnight).

Emerald Island Resort, Four Corners
Emerald Island is a newer gated community offering 3 to 7-bedroom executive villas within a woodland area. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse with a spa and sauna, exercise room, games arcade and internet cafι. Outside there is a communal pool and children's play areas, along with nature trails around the surrounding lakes and woodland.
On the nearby highway US192 there is an Aldi, Walgreens, other smaller shops, eateries and service stations. Head east on US192 for the Rolling Oaks shopping complex, where you will find a Publix supermarket and Super Target. Travel further east towards Kissimmee for the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex and a Walmart supercenter at the junction with Old Lake Wilson Rd. Within these complexes and on the stretch of US192 between there are a variety of restaurants, which include Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Ford's Garage, Bonefish Grill, Cheddar's, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and Giordano's Italian restaurant. You will also find a selection of pizzerias, a Chinese take-away, sushi bar and many fast-food restaurants including Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.
