We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday, we all said it was the best trip we have ever had. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the open plan layout made spending time together so easy and fun. The outdoor area was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views across the lake, the children loved watching the wildlife and also the sunsets. The pool was fantastic and a real highlight of our stay. We especially loved sitting by the pool and taking in the views across the lake and also spending time in the hot tub in the evenings. Inside the villa is absolutely stunning and exceeded all our expectations. The lounges and kitchen are all presented beautifully, open plan and modern. The bedrooms and bathrooms were one of the best features of the villa, they were very spacious and had so much storage for our stay. The bathtubs were such a wonderful extra for each of the rooms, they were so luxurious and amazing after a day at the parks. Everything about the villa is presented to such a high standard and the games room was a perfect way to entertain our 3 boys who loved playing ice hockey each day. The complex was so quiet and well maintained, it was very central to all the parks we wanted to visit but also felt tranquil and private. All of the parks were less than a 15 minute drive which was perfect for the young children. The hosts gave so much information about tips for the local area and we often ordered take aways from the guide book they left. We also had one of the best meals ever at a steak house locally which was recommended, we loved every minute of our holiday. We will be coming back to this amazing villa, we were so lucky we got to experience such a flawless stay in Florida, we cant recommend it highly enough.

Hi Dawn, My friend and I had a wonderful stay at your villa. It was very clean, spacious and had all the facilities we needed for our holiday and more! Comfy beds, comfy sofas, bright and airy with a lovely pool to boot.Very clean and lovely to arrive to. I can honestly say that I think every detail had been thought of. From towels and beach towels to a hair dryer for my friend, a shaving mirror when I realised I forgot my travel one. Although not needed for me, I noticed there were buggies for children, baby monitors, a coffee maker and all sorts, so I think you've really thought of everything! I especially loved having an inflatable chair for the pool!Everything in good working order. It was very peaceful, the communication and instruction for the stay were outstanding and the location was impeccable for the parks and local amenities. My only regret was having to come home when I was having such a lovely time! I would heartily recommend your villa to anyone as it has all you need for a wonderful trip of a lifetime, thank you. Wow - what an amazing place to stay. Clean, bright and welcoming. Definitely enough space for large groups to enjoy without feeling cramped. Stunning views of the lake from the balcony, pool & hot tub. Having stayed in 3 different villa's around Orlando this is definitely our favourite and the only one we would revisit

We returned yet again to Villa Sunset Dream last week after having enjoyed several wonderful holidays there over the years. Each visit reminds us why we keep coming back The villa is perfect for just a couple (as we were) or for larger families, thanks to its spacious layout and thoughtful design. The pool area is one of the highlights of the property. The pool itself is generously sized, larger than many we have had in other villas and extremely clean. The addition of the separate hot tub is a real luxury. Because the villa is located within a gated community, the atmosphere feels especially calm, safe and private and the noise is at a minimum - something we really appreciate. The location of Villa Sunset Dream could not be better. It is ideally placed for easy access to the main theme parks, shopping malls and major roads, yet sufficiently tucked away to avoid the busy feel that some holiday areas can have. We found it incredibly convenient for reaching the various attractions and surrounding towns, and its position roughly 1.5 hours from both coasts gives you great flexibility when planning day trips. Whether you want to visit the beaches, explore local nature spots, enjoy the parks or simply browse the shops, everything is within comfortable reach, making it easy to pack a lot into each day if you choose. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone, whether your first visit or returning like us, you are guaranteed a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Villa Sunset Dream continues to be a place we look forward to visiting, and we are already making plans to return again in November next year. It really has become one of our favourite holiday destinations.

Hi Dawn, We had a lovely return visit to the villa. A fantastic villa with plenty of room and all well kept. My son loved the pool table and we all enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Beautiful sun sets. An excellent location, near to the Disney theme parks. We would highly recommend.

Sunset Dream Villa is simply luxury living in the sun. We had the most relaxing time at this Sunset Lakes villa, this peaceful , gated community made us feel welcome and safe. The view over the lake from the pool deck was stunning, a great place to watch the incredible sunsets. Less than 5 minutes from the local shops and restaurants. Location location location! I’m a frequent traveller to Orlando and nothing beats the location and villa views of sunset lakes. Villa Sunset Dream is nicely decorated and well maintained. The welcome pack on arrival is greatly appreciated. No need to bring dish soap, dishwasher tabs and kitchen roll etc. all this is provided for. The lovely pool area is perfect for relaxing after busy days at theme parks and the view is amazing. The house is very private, and as it’s facing an expense of vegetation we had visits from Armadillo’s, cranes and rabbits. My daughter loved this! Would not hesitate staying here next time I’m in Orlando.

Home from the best villa stay we've ever had! The property is spacious, clean and well stocked with Linens, Games, kitchen equipment and a very quick 10 mins to WDW. That alone would have been outstanding for us however……the view from poolside over the lake was beautiful. Morning coffees poolside so calming, stunning direct sun from 10 am to sunset and omg those sunsets were incredible!

We have been to Florida many times but this was the first time that we have booked without a travel agent, you made the process simple. Thank you for the kindness you have shown in answering any questions that we had and in allowing us to add my in laws onto the booking late. They didn’t go into the parks everyday as they are 75 and 80 but they felt safe and secure at the villa using the games room or swimming and sunbathing. You truly have thought of everything, the view in the evening is phenomenal from the pool or second floor balcony. Your photos do not do justice to the size of the rooms! Sunset Dream was amazing, perfectly located to all the parks, restaurants and Malls. If like us you like to spend lots of time relaxing at the pool then this villa is perfect, so relaxing looking out onto the lake. The facilities are all outstanding, from the games room to the reading nook, hot tub and all the kitchen equipment needed to cook up a storm (not that we did, too busy sunbathing for cooking!!). Dawn was excellent at making all the arrangements for our booking and great at communicating throughout the booking process. Would highly recommend Sunset Dream

We had a fabulous stay, the villa was really well equipped and beautifully maintained. There were plenty of towels and other bits and bobs, particularly items for small children. I made good use of the library, and the pool area was great. We did need to call out the management company once, due to a problem with the pool heat, but they were out the same morning and the issue was resolved. Would recommend to friends and family, and look forward to staying again.

Having stayed in many villas in Florida over the years, they have all been amazing but Villa Sunrise Dream/Villa Sunset Dream is exactly what is described on their website. The location could not be better we were literally 5 mins from 192 Irlo Bronson Highway, 14 mins from Disney Parks and we didnt have to sit on the Interstate 4 in heavy traffic for up to 1.5-2hrs at a time. The pool was a lovely consistent temperature, have never had a jacuzzi quite like it, absolutely amazing, a welcome pack of basics ie bin bags, detergent pods, just amazing, might sound silly but there were proper rubbish bins and very large. Thanks you so much for this amazing experience, oh and the Sunset was something will never forget Xmas/New Year 2024/5

We returned to Villa Sunset Dream for the second time last week after a fabulous holiday there two years before. The villa is perfect for couples (as we were) or larger families, given the number of bedrooms and space in the downstairs area. It is well-equipped with all that you would need for a holiday. Since the first visit Dawn has installed a new hot tub which was perfect. The pool was also heated to the perfect temperature for our November dips. The weather was perfect which allowed us to sit out quite a bit and enjoy the sunsets whilst having a drink (or two!). It also has really good internet and TVs so we could spend much of Thanksgiving Day in the villa rather than fight our way around packed restaurants and shops without becoming bored. The villa is behind a gated community which is very safe and quiet, given that the villas are a mix or rental properties and privately owned. This was a major consideration for us as we really enjoyed the atmosphere there. It is perfectly placed for the parks, shopping malls and main roads as well as the various attractions/towns and is only 1.5 hours way from the coast(s) which means that you can easily cram a lot into each day. The management company were excellent too as when we had a question about the pool, we received an immediate answer which allowed us to continue to enjoy the break without having to wait. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone and are making plans to return in November next year.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your villa, we absolutely loved every minute! It is in a great location, beautiful and modern, so well equipt and had everything we could possibly need. We were all kicking ourselves once we had left as realised that we hadnt watched the sunset as had been in the parks or out and about! Villa sunset dream is amazing, it is in a good accessible location, easy to find and within a 10 minute drive (or less) to the supermarkets ( target and Walmart) and very close to the Disney parks. The villa is spacious, super clean and decor is modern and equipped with everything you could possibly need! and I mean everything! The pool over looking the lake is beautiful , private and relaxing and has sun from mid morning until evening- it is definitely a sun trap! I can not recommend this beautiful villa enough, we thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at this lovely home and will definitely be back!!

We have just enjoyed the holiday of a lifetime at Villa Sunset Dream. The Villa has everything we could possibly need for 3 generations to be comfortable and have lots of fun together. After a busy time at the parks to come home to a fabulous pool with a stunning view is just perfect. The Disney Parks are very close too. The booking process was straight forward and the villa owners were very helpful answering all the questions we had. The villa was better than the pictures portrayed.Our initial walk through was accompanied with the sound track of sighs, oohs and aahs as we discovered the calm feel of the villa, the luxury of the decor and furniture, the generosity and practicallity of the welcome gift. We were delighted with there being 2 master suites. Both beautifully finished and very comfortable. Plenty of towels for indoor use and again plenty for use outside around the pool. The Kitchen, was lifted to the next level by the amount of glasses, cups plates and cutlery as well as serving bowls and preparation equipment. The all important pool and deck area is so comfortable and relaxing. Beds, waterproof chairs and table, table and chairs for outside dinning all situated around a lovely pool. We were in the water every day comfortably heated in the orlando winter weather. And not to forget the hottub. The gamesroom equipped with pool table, air hockey and fussball table., nice to come home and relax in. But for us the daily giver was the situation of the villa. A ring of homes built around the lake. Calming views from the pool deck is amazing, relaxing, private and atmospheric. And finally the situation of the villa is one the best positions we have ever stayed in. So close to Disney and plenty of restaurants and shops. AMAZING. The management company were so helpful and responsive to our couple of needs. We would fully recommend this villa for your holiday. But, not so much that it is so full that we do not get to return for our next holiday.

What a wonderful villa! The location is ideal, the owners were fabulous (we visited during the holidays and they were sooo helpful)! We even met the pool cleaning team who were lovely too. Our family were a mix of first time and seasoned visitors - for both, the villa lived up to our lofty expectations and I can't thank Dawn enough.

Dawn was extremely helpful from the point of booking. Upon arrival, we had a lovely welcome pack which was really appreciated after a long flight. The villa was clean and everything looked amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we particularly liked how close the villa was to the Disney parks, which was really convenient. We have just returned from a two week stay in Sunset Dream and were absolutely delighted. It was a lovely villa; immaculate and very well resourced even down to the hair straighteners! Absolutely family friendly with things like highchairs potty, baby bath etc. The kid's highlights were the Disney bedroom (especially the dress up outfits) and the pool! Very quiet, gated community in an excellent location for Disney parks, shopping and restaurants (the welcome pack at the villa included a very handy shortcut to the Disney parks). Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Magical Villa close to Disney and all that's offered in and around Kissimmee. The Villa was above our expectations, it easily caters for a large family who want some downtime from the parks. We were an all-adult party, but would have no issues recommending this to families with young ones, who would enjoy the themed bedrooms. The villa was a true home away from home and a place of sanctuary. The villa is close to lots of places to eat and drink along the 192 with supermarkets also close by. We were there in June- July and the pool was a welcoming inviting space to get away from the heat and humify. Although we paid for the hot tub it was used only once as the heat made it a little uncomfortable. However, this is our first time to visit at this time of year as we normally travel in March /April and I can see the attraction of the hot tub at that time. Animal Kingdom is about 5 minutes away by car, and even when visiting the other Disney parks or Disney Springs, by following the signs back to Animal Kingdom you missed all the traffic on the I4 & 192, so it made it easy to nip back to the villa following an early morning visit to a park, you could then fuel up and hit another Disney Park later in the evening saving on the parking charges. Now, lets turn to Dawn, what can I say. Dawn makes it very easy which takes away all the stress of booking a villa through a person you have never met. Just a few emails and it is like you have known Dawn for years. The booking process is simple. We were there for a special birthday as my daughter was turning 21 while in Florida, so we wanted to go somewhere special, Dawn went beyond what I expected providing recommendations and details of the distance from the villa and cost. We truly did not want to come home and when we are ready to visit Florida again, I now know where my first email will be sent. Thank you for helping to make a magical memory.

We have just returned from a superb 2 week stay at Villa Sunset Dream. "Location, location, location..." as the saying goes, this villa is perfectly located for visiting Disney. So close it meant it was easy to pop back to the villa in the afternoon for a swim and a relax before heading back out in the evenings. The villa itself is amazing; clean, spacious and extremely well equipped. The highlight has to be the stunning pool area and views over the lake. The sunset views across the lake and peaceful surroundings are beautiful and much appreciated after busy days in the parks - not all villas can offer this which makes this one very special. The pool itself is as large as it looks in the pictures and we all had so much fun in it. Already checking the calendar for 2024 availability, can't wait to visit again!

We just returned from a 3 week trip to Orlando for two weeks 6 of us stayed at Dawns fantastic villa Sunset Dream, we all had our own space topped off with a fantastic pool hot tub and balcony. Overlooking a beautiful lake with the wildlife especially the cranes drying their wings in the sun I could have watched all day! On arrival we had milk soda and cereal to set us up for the first day. The management team were very impressive and responsive when needed. Beds were super comfy but be warned at 5ft2 I needed to take the step from the kitchen to get into the upstairs master the dressing gowns were also a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes to prepare a meal and the laundry was super easy to use. All in all I cant recommend Dawns villa enough for location, space and comfort.

We have returned from our second stay at Sunset Dream. The villa was as lovely and spacious as we remembered. The location is fab for Disney in particular. Loads of restaurants and supermarkets just a short drive away. The villa facilities were great too. During our visit, hurricane Ian hit and we lost power for a couple of nights which was no fault of the villa owners. The whole estate and much of the surrounding area was out and all the parks etc were closed. However, Dawn demonstrated concern for us and as soon as phone/email contact was possible, she was able to just us up to date with when power was expected to be reinstated. Pre-visit Dawn was very accommodating with our dates, actually delaying her own visit so we could extend our trip by a couple of nights. She responds quickly to queries and has a wealth of knowledge which for first timers would be so helpful. Villa great, location great, owners great! Would return for a third visit.

The villa was really easy to find and was in an excellent location, close to the 192 and all the shops and restaurants at Rolling Oaks and Margaritaville. We found it had plenty of room for our party of six, and the open plan living/dining/kitchen was ideal. The kids loved the pool, and the hot tub with views out over the lake was great. We really appreciated the little touches like the welcome pack, especially the milk and tea bags! We did have an issue with a pole for one of the shower curtains, but this was quickly fixed by Robert. All in all, we thought the location and the villa itself was great, and would definitely consider booking with you in the future.

We had such an amazing holiday and the villa was perfect for us! Absolutely stunning, peaceful, well kept and secure location, very close to Disney with plenty of shops/restaurants nearby which added to our great stay! The villa was comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly need, plenty of towels, pool towels, even robes which were a blessing after such long days at the parks! The welcome pack that greeted us was greatly appreciated after such a long journey! We especially enjoyed the fantastic pool and pool area along with the beautiful views of the lake watching the sunrise/sunsets. Hi Dawn Hope you are well. I cannot thank you enough for letting us stay in your beautiful home in Orlando. Nothing quite prepared me for what greeted us when we opened the door. An absolutely stunning home awaited us. Loved the Mickey rug, it was gorgeous. Perfect in every way. A well equipped kitchen with a fab welcome pack which was very much appreciated. The luggage scales were very handy for coming home. 🙈 Living area was very comfortable for 8 and the recliners very welcome after a day at the parks. The bedrooms were lush and the largest beds I’ve ever seen. A very comfortable sleep had by us all for the duration of our stay. The villa was perfect for a two family stay as we were not on top of each other and each had their own floor to gain personal space. A short drive from WDW and wallmart a stones throw away as were many eating places. I did not want to check out and would not hesitate to stay again. A stunning home in a stunning community.

I'd like to just let you know how happy we were staying in your villa, Sunset Dreams. We had a few different households holidaying together so it was great to have so much space and separate bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. I genuinely cannot think of anything that could have been added to make our stay more comfortable...you have thought of everything! Plenty of towels, bedding, pillows, tea towels and the fixtures and fittings were also all of a high standard so it felt like a home from home rather than a holiday let! The view....what can I say?! It was fabulous to sit with a drink in hand watching the sunset over the lake, truly beautiful. We had plenty of games of pool and air hockey during our evenings too! The location of the villa was also good, close to the parks and the local shops/restaurants The neighbourhood around the villa was lovely and well kept as well. Overall I can't recommend this villa enough...thank you so much :) xx

This was a great experience for us. Plenty of room to spread out and I definitely took advantage of alone time by the pool fountain. Spotless and modern clean look! Comfy beds for when you need that warm feeling when the AC is on. Easy to come in and out. Nice community, very quiet but you still feel close to society. Beautiful view of the lake in the early morning and at sunset. Consistently cool which was such a relief from the heat of mid july in florida. So close to Disney and shopping and eating- we stayed for 8 days and went through only half a tank of gas. Some drinks and a half gallon of milk was waiting for us in the fridge which was nice to not have to urgently run out after a long day of travel. I definitely look forward to staying again. Dawn was easy to reach and communicated back to me right away with any updates on the property. Easy to read guide was there for us which laid out everything. Thank you Dawn and Alan for everything. Top notch stay and I will recommend to my friends and family!

We just returned from our holiday stay at Sunset Dream and the house was amazing. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area was private and relaxing with the heated pool, jacuzzi, barbecue grill and seating area, not to mention the beautiful views & sunsets over the lake behind the house. The location was convenient with a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and all attractions. Dawn was quick to any questions or requests we had. This villa has it all, you will not be disappointed, I highly recommend this home.

The villa looked exactly like the photos. The sunsets we saw from the pool were spectacular! Your home was very spacious for 7 of us. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The details you provided enabling us to find and access the villa were spot on. We did have to contact the management company a couple of times, and their response was immediate. (Rob was very helpful) Animal Kingdom was literally a 10 minute drive away. Would recommend Villa Sunset Dream 100%. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future. The only downside was that we were so busy every day we didn't get to spend as much time as we would have liked to relax in the villa and make use of the pool/hot tub. Next time we'll have to book for 3 weeks.

Thank you for a most wonderful stay in your villa. This is our second visit to 'Villa Sunset Dream' and it is just such a lovely villa, from its facilities, location and the amazing sunsets over the lake. The customer service from Dawn and Alan is exceptional and there is a great folder in the villa full of very helpful information. We used the pool and hot tub so much more on this visit and just enjoyed relaxing in the outside area which is so peaceful. Once again thank you for everything and letting us stay at your home, and it was a pleasure to meet you as well. Would definitely recommend your villa to friends/Family.

Absolutely perfect. Our family have just spent 2 weeks in this beautiful spacious property which was very clean and well maintained. The Disney bedroom and provision of toys and character outfits went down a storm with our 2 grandchildren. The kitchen was well equipped for anyone who wanted to prepare food and eat at home. Apart from having a barbecue on one of our "rest days" we ate out most of the time and found an abundance of good restaurants nearby. The Longhorn Steak house is definitely a must. The property was in an ideal location for quick access to the theme parks and the information provided at the property gave us many useful tips about the surrounding area. The view from the master bedroom balcony was amazing and it was gorgeous to sit out there and watch the beautiful sunsets. The outside area along with the fabulous pool and hot tub were amazing especially after a long day at the theme parks. The pool and hot tub were maintained as promised each Friday. During our stay we did have to contact the maintenance team on one occasion it was the morning after we had arrived and we did not have any hot water. There were very clear instructions on how to contact the team and the problem was dealt with immediately by 2 lovely polite and friendly guys. It was a quick fix as the fuse had tripped following a thunder storm the previous night. Dawn the owner of the property provided excellent customer service and promptly answered any queries we had prior to our holiday. Overall this property was up and beyond our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others. We would like to say a big thank you to Dawn for the use of her property which allowed us as a family to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

The property was immaculate. Even the wonderful pictures didn’t do it justice. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay in Orlando. Dawn was excellent to deal with and they provided wonderful information for both the property and things to do in the area. We have recommended the place to everyone on out return as we would have no doubt anyone visiting would be impressed. It’s close to all the parks and attractions. Seriously couldn’t recommend all aspects of our stay enough. We will definitely return.

The owner was easy to reach whenever I had a question and she had a binder full of helpful information in the house. The house itself is really well cared for -- the bathrooms are spacious and the downstairs master was really comfy. Even thought the couch was nice for a nap! The pool and the hot tub were fantastic and in good working condition. No complaints whatsoever. Loved, loved, loved it and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking here :) Thank you so much! Villa Sunset Dream was everything we had hoped for and more! As a part of 5 adults we were keen to book a villa that had enough space for all of us and we certainly chose the right one, Sunset Dream is huge! Each bedroom was very spacious and the two that had en-suites were amazing, we all said that we've never seen bathrooms so big. The villa was very clean and tidy with a lovely open plan design downstairs for the kitchen (which was really well stocked with cutlery, crockery etc.), living area and hallway. The large TV is a smart TV that has all the modern on demand apps installed which was great for the occasional evenings where we didn't feel like going out. The highlight of the villa though for us (and i'm sure for most guests) was the pool! It was so much bigger than what we expected and you could easily swim in it, rather than just splash around. Even when all five of us got in there was still ample room, we really can't pick any faults with the pool and outside dining area - it was all perfect :) Overall we can't praise this villa enough, we've been to Florida a number of times now but this was our first time staying in a villa...it certainly won't be our last though! We would struggle to think of a reason why we wouldn't book one of Dawn's villa's next time either. They are in a superb location on a lovely complex, Animal Kingdom is the closest Disney Park which is just 10 minutes away (without traffic). Great house with everything you need! My family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) just returned from a wonderful stay at the Sunset Villa. The house itself was very clean and had absolutely everything that you need. Great living room/kitchen area that was very open with plenty of room for all of us. Bedrooms were all roomy and beds were comfortable. We had asked for the pool heat to be on and it was definitely warm. I have stayed at previous places and requested the same, however the pool still seemed a little chilly....not this time! Lots of patio room for lounging as well as outdoor dining. There is a nice little lake behind the house that provides lovely views. It's nice to not be starring at another house directly behind you. The kids did some fishing and managed to catch one small fish. Dawn and the management company were absolutely delightful to deal with. The home is ideally suited for Disney and other Orlando attractions. Unlike many rental homes this one really is close to everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, the outdoor area is lovely with ample seating, overlooking a pretty little lake. It's a very peaceful, restful environment. The grill was new for our stay. Another thing that sets this home apart - the pool really is heated to a wonderful temperature. This doesn't always happen at other rental homes. Thank you again. Everything was wonderful.

Hi Again Dawn Feeling almost back to normal now and reality is slowly returning after an amazing holiday which is partly down to your beautiful villa. We have been using sunset lakes for the last 15 yrs staying in various different villas along the way and we have to say that your villa, sunset dream, has been the best. The fixtures, furnishings, equipment and layout made it more than a home from home for our party of 7. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and there was some nice touches left to help us settle in. The highlight of any villa for us is the pool area and your perfectly positioned large pool deck with plenty of seating and outdoor furniture made this the most popular area. The multicoloured pool lights meant the kids and adults could use the pool late at night. We would also like to mention your management team who we had a lovely chat with during their routine maintenance of the grounds and pool. We will for the foreseeable future always return to sunset lak

Thank you for 2 amazing weeks in your lovely home. It was the perfect size for us as 8 adults need to be able to find their own space. Everything was immaculately clean and the beds and sofas were so comfortable, not that we spent much time in them as we were so busy. The bathrooms were great, light and spacious and having 4 showers was a total God send. There was nothing we needed that was not provided and we were really sad when it was time to leave. The pool and hot tub were spot on temperature wise, the sunsets were incredible viewed from the balcony and the pool area and the layout of house lent itself brilliantly to a group. I have stayed in 5 other villas prior to this visit, most have been delightful but i would totally recommend anyone needing 4 – 5 bedrooms to stay in your villa and I am hoping we will be coming back also. Sunset Lakes is a lovely community, quiet after the madness of the parks and extremely picturesque. Additionally I would like to thank you

I just thought I’d drop you an email to say what a lovely time we all had whilst staying at your amazingly homely villa! My daughter was upset that she had to leave and wanted to stay there permanently!! The villa had everything we could possibly need The location of the villa was brilliant, not only was it a lovely quiet estate (we kept an eye out for the alligator, we think we spotted it a few times in the water but didn’t see it out and about!) but it was really close to the parks too - we used the shortcut and this saved a massive amount of time. We slotted in a few lazy days by the pool and shopping days at the malls / outlet centres. The folder on the table which advises you of the best days to visit certain parks was a massive help! 3 weeks was definitely the right amount of time to go away for, we got through everything on the itinerary i created :) The sea screamer that you suggested was amazing, we managed to get right at the back and see the dolphins from a few fe

The villa was very clean and everything worked beautifully. Your home has everything you could possibly need and more - the only thing we missed were egg cups We would definitely stay at your villa again - this was the fifth time we have been to Florida and stayed in villas, but this was by far the best. Hi Dawn, It was fantastic. We really felt like we had fell on our feet coming to your villa. It ticked all the boxes in so many ways, great pool and hot tub, beautiful sunset views, all afternoon and evening sun and minutes from a shopping centre. The villa itself was spacious and suited our needs perfectly. I would definitely use again. Very clean and a wonderful location so close to shops, west facing, gets all afternoon and evening sun, amazing sunsets. We really felt like we had fell on our feet picking this villa. I promise you will not be disappointed if you chose to stay here. We would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and beautiful. The pool was wonderful! The pool heat was defiantly worth it! I have 2 small children (4 and 2) and the pool was their favorite part! They loved the bedroom with all the Disney dolls! So much was provided for the kids that I didn't even realize! There were toys and all kinds of amenities for them (strollers, high chairs, car seat, pack and plays) it was very nice! The door leading to the pool was child proof which was such a relief. I really didnt have to worry about anything! If you are looking for a way to experience Disney (which was only 10-15 minutes from the house) this is the way to go! The owner answered all my questions in timely responses and was very accommodating!!!! Cannot wait to plan another trip!

Hi Dawn, We thoroughly enjoyed all the villa had to offer. My father particularly enjoyed teaching his grandsons how to fish in the lake. And I of course loved the hot tub at the end of a day in the theme parks. The locations was fab. The booking process was simple and personable. The owners are friendly and helpful and always quick to respond to my questions. We really didn't want to leave.

Beautiful Home in a great neighbourhood, very close to all amenities, including Disney We really enjoyed our time at the house. We stayed for two weeks, which really gave us time to get settled and relax. The pool and hot tub were great, kids played in the pool daily. Best part was that the kids could go swimming whenever they wanted, not on someone else's schedule or with other people around them. House was great, lots of space and all things provided. We did not feel like we were missing anything. We would definitely recommend this for any family or two families to stay at, lots of room.

You had all the amenities we required. The pool area provided hours of fun for our entire family and the game room was a really nice option for the kids. We had a wonderful stay!

Hi Dawn We had a fabulous holiday, the villa was great, the weather was good, we had no complaints, and were amazed how well equipped and everything you could possibly need was there. Being so close to Disney we didn't spend enough time at the villa or around the pool, think you really need 3 weeks. We will definitely come back in the future and are already recommending the villa to friends we have spoke to, If I did have a complaint it would be the holiday was not long enough.

Hi Dawn, I recently had the pleasure of staying at your villa the first couple of weeks in June with my brother, Mark Young and family. I wanted to drop you a quick line to say how fantastic your villa is, it was perfect, we all had such a great time. The view of the lake from the villa either early morning or after a day of walking around the parks was just gorgeous, a prime spot for watching the crazy lightning storms! It was my first time in America and absolutely loved every minute of it and will definitely be returning to go to all of those places we never had time to visit and hopefully your villa will be available.

It was really spacious, meaning the entire family could spread themselves out nicely.As you are aware it was my retirement treat to my family so we only actually took one child who was only six weeks old, she was a little too young to appreciate the parks. The games room provided the scene for evening family tournaments and a league, the pool area was also really well used. The location was really good and once we mastered the shortcut to the Disney parks we were able to get there and back really quickly.
