The luxury accommodation of our holiday home at Emerald Island is the ideal place from which to explore and enjoy all the attractions and entertainment Florida has to offer.
The 2 story executive style Villa has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, (master ensuite) ensuring plenty of individual living space. The villa overlooks a conservation woodland nature preserve and the private pool and spa area is not overlooked by other properties from the rear. The entire house is air-conditioned and tastefully decorated with TVs throughout, with a family room-sitting room- formal dining area - breakfast nook fitted kitchen and games room.

Living Room
As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with 2 comfortable sofas with the dining area located to the rear of the room. Family Room
The spacious family room with its cathedral ceiling is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax in a cool oasis watching TV or a film on the TV with DVD. A selection of DVDs are provided for your enjoyment. A collection of novels are also provide for your enjoyment Dining Area
The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions. Breakfast nook
Stylish glass topped wrought iron table with matching chairs to enjoy an indoor breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Master Suite 1 - Ground Floor
This wonderful contemporary styled bedroom located off the family room, is furnished with a super comfortable King sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room faces onto the pool deck, and has its own TV with DVD and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.
Off the en-suite is the large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom features a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Ceiling fan Air-con Additional features include a TV armour and alarm clock radio.

The covered pool deck with large pool offers pleasant conservation woodland views to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the Florida sunshine. The pool area is provided with 1 x table, 6 x chairs and 4 x sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks by the pool. A pool safety fence is also provided to ensure toddler safety by the poolside.

Definitely was a great experience had lot’s of room and best part family time by the pool and to top it all I sleep with a fan every night I told my wife ( dang wish I had a fan ) she came back said it was 2 in the closet that definitely made my trip thanks & also very close to near by parks and stores I’ll definitely recommend this place to family & friends.

Ralph responded quickly if we had any concerns or questions. Check in was simple and easy. Location was perfect. Close to Disney world and conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores. The house is very clean, the pool and the game room were very enjoyable! We would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in this wonderful villa, everything was as advised, we arranged for hot tub to be heated and BBQ to be there on arrival which both were, the only thing I would say that it would be good if minimum essentials there in case of late arrival like milk, water, tea & coffee, also there were plenty of towels in bathrooms but only one tea towel, perhaps more tea towels should be available, there is a dishwasher but we prefer no to use, thanks to Ralph the owner who advised and answered questions with no problem before our vacation, situation of villa is perfect for all parks, many thanks Jacki Hingley & family

This is an excellent villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The area is beautiful and location is close to Disney Parks.
We made it home from Animal Kingdom in under 10 minutes one night.
The pool and hot tub were great along with an awesome games room which had a pool table, xbox 360, air hockey, and table football setup.
The villa has plenty of space for everyone and has it's own driveway. We would recommend this villa and would definitely rent again on our next visit.

The accommodation was second to none. We were completely overwhelmed by the attention to detail and were extremely pleased with the villa. The decor was splendid and the huge Egyptian cloth in the main area was amazing! All the rooms were suitably decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable (in fact we meant to take a look at the make so we could research getting one back in England!) The bedding was plush and comfy

Well looked after property that was perfect for our need’s. The games room in the garage is a good idea and was well used by all of us on a nightly basis,this was a life saver at the end of a busy day. It was good to take a few dollars off my son and his friend at pool!!(Ha ha).We will definitely be happy to visit this villa again. The only negative point would be that due to the layout of the Villa we did not have the sun on the pool area after about 3pm, but if you have pool heat as we did, it wont spoil your fun. A really beautiful villa. We have rented many times in Florida but found this to be one of the best. Downside is that the pool is not as large as we have had in the past and also barbequing is not allowed. Upside is that the villa was very clean,well equipped and had everything we required for a 2 week holiday. Games room was a bonus for the odd ’exhausted from the theme park’ times! Loved to sit at the poolside overlooking the woods.Close to Disney,192 and International Drive, but far enough away not be involved in the ’hurly burly’!We found the staff at the Welcome Homes Office to be very helpful and friendly.Our major complaint was that we had to leave!!!!!

Emerald Island is a newer gated community offering 3 to 7-bedroom executive villas within a woodland area. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse with a spa and sauna, exercise room, games arcade and internet café. Outside there is a communal pool and children's play areas, along with nature trails around the surrounding lakes and woodland.
On the nearby highway US192 there is an Aldi, Walgreens, other smaller shops, eateries and service stations. Head east on US192 for the Rolling Oaks shopping complex, where you will find a Publix supermarket and Super Target. Travel further east towards Kissimmee for the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex and a Walmart supercenter at the junction with Old Lake Wilson Rd. Within these complexes and on the stretch of US192 between there are a variety of restaurants, which include Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Ford's Garage, Bonefish Grill, Cheddar's, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and Giordano's Italian restaurant. You will also find a selection of pizzerias, a Chinese take-away, sushi bar and many fast-food restaurants including Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.
