"We stayed at Palm View Villa in September 2024 for two weeks. We had a wonderful holiday! The villa is very comfortable and I especially appreciated the 2nd bedroom having a queen bed and en-suite. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the appliances such as TV, washing machine and dryer were great quality. Pool very relaxing especially on chill out days plus location perfect for anyone visiting the theme parks. If you are regularly visiting Florida like us then the villa is situated just off the 192 near Medieval Times dinner show which is really central to all attractions. We had a fantastic time, the weather was in the 100… the villa was brilliant as usual, as always we have a read at the villa folder to see if anything has changed. We stayed at Palm View Villa, Terra Verde Resort for the Christmas holidays from 23 December 2016 to 5 January 2017. we rented the lovely villa from Dawn and Ros, who were fantastic throughout. We are a family of 6 but the villa would comfortably accommodate 10 people. It is a very spacious bungalow in a lovely spot not very overlooked, in the very safe, gated resort of Terra Verde. The villa has a huge open plan living and dining area decorated to a very high standard with all the contents in excellent condition and wifi included. There is a lovely pool with the villa and the patio door leading to the pool has safety bars which prevents little ones getting to the pool area without supervision which is a great safety feature. All the appliances at Palm View Villa are practically new and everything was spotlessly clean. The beds are in tip top condition as was all the bed linen and towels. It really was an excellent find, it is far better than we expected, the pictures do not do it justice. The garage is converted into a games room with table tennis and a pool table which my son adored, it also has brand new washing machine and tumble dryer. All three bathrooms are very well appointed and spotlessly clean with hairdryers provided. Terra Verde is a beautiful resort with a lovely club house, gym, tiki bar and communal pool, being a manned gated resort it is very safe for children and all the staff on site are very pleasant and helpful. The villa is ideally situated for Disney and Universal being no more than 15 minutes drive to any Disney Park and a few minutes more to Universal. The Premium Outlets are a 20 minute drive away and there are many restaurants, Walmart and a fantastic Publix within a 5 minute drive. It is under an hour to the Kennedy Space Centre. I cannot praise Palm View Villa enough and would have no hesitation recommending this villa to anyone looking for a base in Orlando.

Book with confidence. Palm View is a relaxing home from home, there was nothing we could say 'I wish it had .....'. My husband and I stayed late November early December so we booked pool heat - oh how relaxing that was after a leisurely breakfast, a day shopping or parks, or even an evening swim made possible by the illuminated pool. I would recommend that you spend a little time reading the very informative info guide, complied by Ros and Dawn the owners, belive me it's worth it even if you have been to Florida before. We stayed at Palm View in Sept 2013, what an excellent choice we made, the villa was a pleasure to come back to every day, it is modern, spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean. There was everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. From the pool with its morning suntrap to the games room every room was perfect. I will definately be recommending Palm View to my friends and relatives. I dealt with Ros (owner) regarding booking and details and she could not have been more helpful and a true pleaseure to deal with. With regard to the resort, Terra Verde is a great place for couples and familes alike, with the 24 hour security you feel very safe indeed and the facilities on terra verde are excellent. We have just spent the middle week of a 3 week holiday touring around the United States and this is our second time in Orlando. The villa is really well located and the Terra Verde resort is excellent. We have 2 boys aged 12 and 17 and the facilities both in the villa and resort are second to none, we also noticed that there is a distinct lack of properties for sale here and this spoke volumes as clearly its a place of choice to live. The owners are so helpful and the villa contains everything you need for a relaxing stay. We will be back!! Morrow Family

We rented this villa in June 2013. The villa was well equipped and furnishings were excellent.We found the location vary central for everything,Walmart Disney and shopping malls nearby.

The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a wonderfully furnished house, and convenient for driving to/from the Disney parks. Kudos on a very well-designed pool for children, as well.

We really enjoyed your villa and the spacious, quiet relaxation it provided to all of us! (7 guests) The kids loved the pool and we really appreciated all the amenities that were available both in the villa, and in the surrounding areas. We all remarked on how clean and calm the entire area was and it really was very peaceful and relaxing to return to this wonderful villa after a long day in the sun! We will certainly return to TerreVerde in the future. Why stay in a hotel? We loved it at Palm View Villa!

The best Villa I have stayed in and will definately try to be back again. Im sure availability will get more difficult with the repeat customers that such a good villa will attract. We have just returned after a week at your house and I must say, on the behalf of both our families, that it was a delight to spend time in your house in Orlando. We really enjoyed it and we felt right at home. The location, with both parks and shopping nearby, is great and the resort facilities, i.e. the pool, were a wonderful complement to the villa.
