Welcome to “Hibiscus On The Lake” near Disney, our 5 bedroom executive villa with true south facing pool/spa giving a stunning, uninterrupted view of the largest lake on Lake Berkley resort. Being one of only seven villas with this south facing view you can be assured when the sun is shining it will be on you, great to relax, enjoy and listen to nature and watch wildlife from the pool deck. If you still want to enjoy the outdoor sun but fancy some shade the lanai is ideal for alfresco dining with breathtaking picturesque views. The large pool deck hosts a private heated pool, spa and lanai with sun loungers, 2 tables, parasol and chairs. The colour changing lights are a great night time feature.
Our Villa boasts over 3000 ft.² of living space, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms and living areas have TVs with Roku boxes giving access to lots of TV channels. Free high speed Wi-Fi is included for all our guests. Baby equipment provided includes travel cot, pushchair, stair gates, steam steriliser, baby Walker, high chair, baby relaxer, toys. The large fully equipped, games room is sure to be a favourite with everyone with TV, x box, books, games, DVDs, pool table, air hockey and 2 large sofas. Ideal as an extra family room. Tennis rackets and fishing rods are also provided. You have a choice of 3 lakes.
Lake Berkley is a serene gated community, guarded 24/7. It benefits from a clubhouse, outdoor heated pool with splash area, gym, playground, tennis courts and volleyball courts. The trail around the largest lake is ideal for walking, jogging or just feeding the birds and listening to nature. There are BBQs placed around the lake for guest use. The perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment is right on your doorstep.
Situated less than 1 mile from the US192 and a large Supercenter Walmart you are never far away from restaurants, shopping or entertainment, but can still enjoy the peace and tranquillity that Lake Berkley offers. Disney is less than 8 miles, Old Town is approximately 4 miles, and the Orlando Vineland premium outlet is approximately 7 miles.

The large games room is an ideal place to enjoy a game of pool with friends and family. Also ideal as an extra family room with the 2 large sofas. Or challenge them to a game of air hockey. If you just want to relax the comfy sofa is where you want to be. Watch the large wall mounted TV with a good choice of channels. For the younger members there’s a vast array of board games, books, jigsaws and toys. The X box is always a firm favourite as well. For the outdoor action collect the tennis racquets and head to the court or take a fishing rod and head to the lake. All in all there’s something for everyone in our fully approved games room.

“Hibiscus On The Lake”is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, no through road so very quiet. Step out front and you are seconds away from the paved walkway to the lake.. Step out back and you are on the grassy bank of the lake. Fishing rods are provided and fishing is allowed on a catch and release basis. Don’t fancy fishing, then sit and relax on the loungers watching the abundance of different wildlife the lake view offers. Feed the birds, they love to get up close to you. The south facing pool deck provides great views of the sun rising and the sun setting. The lanai is ideal for alfresco dining if you fancy a bit of shade. If you are looking for a true self facing pool deck view our villa is the one for you. On Lake Berkley, there are only seven villas In a row with this view.

All bedroom have Roku TV’s, air conditioning and lots of space for your holiday clothes.
The largest is the rear downstairs Master king bedroom which has a large en-suite along with walk in wardrobe. This bedroom boasts a wonderful view of the pool and lake. What a way to wake up in the morning to see this view, whilst listening to the birds and planning your day.
The front queen bedroom is light and airy, it has a large mirrored fitted wardrobe with the added bonus of being adjacent to the separate downstairs bathroom.
The children will love the themed bedrooms. All the Mickey Mouse fans will cherish the twin bedroom. In here they will find Mickey books by their bedside, cuddly Mickeys, a beautiful Mickey floor rug amongst other themed items.
For all the Avenger fans, the triple bedroom is sure to be a hit. A large wall mural perfectly sets the scene.

Just back from a two week stay in the fabulous villa. If you are “thinking” of booking it - don’t.. JUST DO IT!! Fantastic location, beautiful villa with everything you could need! Games room, fishing stuff, kids stuff, books, pool table, air hockey, you name it they have it! Kitchen is better stocked than mine at home for everything you could possibly need!! Honestly it’s been a pleasure to stay here, I won’t hook anywhere else again! Thank you all for such an excellent place in the sunshine state!!

Can’t believe we were lucky enough to stay here. The interior was immaculate. The ultra modern master bedroom and ensuite with its views overlooking the lake was stunning. We loved the fact that unlike a lot of the other villas this one was actually correct when it said SOUTH FACING, it actually was. Also we noticed how quiet it was, no traffic, at the end of a cul de sac, so peaceful yet only a stroll away from all the resorts amenities. Loved every minute of our holiday and can highly recommend to anyone considering booking.

We’ve just returned from what can only be described as the ultimate villa with the ultimate view. We had sun from early morning to last minute at night on the south facing pool deck, the sunsets were outstanding. The villa is situated at the head of the lake, we couldn’t believe the amount of different wild life we were able to get close to.
It only took us 15 minutes to drive to Disney. We couldn’t believe how close the Villa was to the parks. Our children as well as us really enjoyed the games room after a busy day at the parks. We found the whole experience of booking this villa very easy. All our questions were answered promptly and we will definitely be booking “hibiscus on the lake” again.

Lake Berkley resort is a newer gated community located off highwayUS192 and built around three lakes in a woodland area. Offering 3-bedroom townhouses through to 7-bedroom villas with a private pool, guests can enjoy the clubhouse, Internet room, fitness centre and communal pools. There are also exercise stations, tennis courts, basketball courts and a volleyball court; whilst children have their own play areas. Alternatively, take a relaxing walk around the stocked lakes on the designated natural trails.
The nearby highway US192 and SR535 both have Walmart supercenters, as well as a Publix, Super Target and Aldi supermarket. The Lake Buena Vista factory outlets are located on SR535, which is next to the Sunrise Plaza shopping complex. In addition to an abundance of smaller local shops in this area, there is a great selection of restaurants and eateries which include Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chilis, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, IHOP, Miller's Ale House, Five Guys, Smokey Bones, TGI Fridays, Applebees, Ichiban Buffet and El Tenampa Mexican.
