Rental Payments
1. You are required to pay us a non-refundable deposit of £400/$600 or 20% whichever is the greater per booking which is applied to your rental cost this will be confirmed by e-mail, with the outstanding balance due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
2. All reservations made less than 8 weeks before arrival date the full balance will be due immediately.
3. All reservations will be confirmed once payment has been received and cleared this will be email confirmation
4. If you are reserving a property within 8 weeks of the arrival date the total reservation amount is due, the total amount for the rental will automatically become non-refundable. You will be emailed all the information you will require to locate and access your chosen vacation home.
5. All booking are subject to confirmation that the villa is available.
6. Watersong Villa Florida is pleased to accept payments by, Bank Transfer or Cheque. Please make cheque payable to Mr. C J Voyle. Bank Transfer details provided at time of booking.
7. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
8. All final payments must be made 8 weeks prior to the arrival date submitted on your booking agreement, Watersong Villa Florida will request the payment by email it is the renters responsibility to inform Watersong Villa Florida of any change of email address, failure to respond to final payment reminders could result in cancelation of reservation. Watersong Villa Florida will also try to make contact with renter for final payment.

Security Bond
All guest have to Pay a Security Bond of £400.00/$600.00, which is required at the time of final Payment. This is intended to cover any loss, damage or fines during your stay, for which you the Guest are solely responsible. The bond is fully refundable within 30 days of the departure date after confirmation from the local management company that no loss, damage or fines have been occurred. The guest agrees that the lead name submitted on the booking form remains responsible for all loss from the property or its inventory during the Rental Period.
Parking and trash violation are subject to guests being fined. Information about the parking and trash rules are within the guest information sheets provided before arrival.

Pool & Spa Heating
Pool & Spa heating is charged at £210.00/US$270.00 per week. (Subject to change).

BBQ Grill Rental
£130.00/US$170.00 per week.

Late Checkout
Late checkout up to 4pm on day of departure is charged at £120.00/US$160

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I understand and accept the cancellation policy of Watersong Villa Florida as follows:

If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing immediately in the event of cancellation, the following charges apply:
8 weeks prior to the arrival date Loss of deposit.
Less than 8 weeks - 100% rental charge. For most reasons beyond your control cancellations will be covered by your travel insurance.
We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date.
• In case of ”force majeure” your booking may need to be terminated prior to the scheduled conclusion of your booking, This is unlikely to occur, although if the situation arises we will not be able to offer refunds, your travel insurance may cover you for these events.

Force Majeure : The owners and their agents accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage or alterations to the terms of this booking caused by events beyond our control including, but not restricted to, government decisions, war, civil commotion, flight delays or cancellations, technical difficulties with transportation, alteration or cancellation or schedules by carriers, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, industrial dispute, pandemics or any other event beyond our control.
