We had the most wonderful stay at your villa. It was beautiful

Just wanted to say what a wonderful time we have had using your villa it is amazing so well equipped and just lovely.

We successfully made it here yesterday. And all I can say is WOW!!!!! Your villa is absolutely stunning 😍. The only downside is I wished it was available for our whole duration, but what it does mean, we definitely have to come back!!  The girls are absolutely over the moon! I'm so pleased we came across your villa when looking. 

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for an amazing stay in the best villa. We truly had the best time and would love to return in the future.

Fantastic villa, everything you need, the grandkids cried when we had to go back as they enjoyed the whole Florida experience, we will definitely be booking this villa again. easy access to all the parks,shopping and food places, very private too so a great holiday all round this deserves more than 5 stars, thankyou we had a great time.

Thanks Linda and Anthony......It was only 10 days due to family work commitments at home but it was a thoroughly enjoyable time and the villa was just great...South facing pool for all day sun if that's what you want. We found it central for most things in Orlando including the Parks at Disney....the I 4 for travelling to either coast is nearby. There's just about everything you need there to have a comfortable stay and the games room is perfect for kids and probably adults as well! I won't ramble on too much as the great photos on the villa website are self explanatory. My sister and her young family are going to the house in about 3 weeks time....I envy them but to be fair they did offer to take me with them....They will enjoy the place and you will too if you decide to stay. enjoy. We have just enjoyed 21 days stay in Villa Linton. Linda was a great host answering all questions promptly before our trip. . The villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool is a good size and everyone, especially the children had a great time in it. A basket full of pool towels provided was a bonus. The themed rooms are a lovely touch, 4 year old grandson loved sleeping in a Scooby doo mystery van bed. I would definitely rent this villa again and recommend it to anyone looking for great accommodation in Kissimmee

Beautiful Villa Linton! Very aptly named! A big beautiful and cozy home away from home. My family and I had a great time. The house was well managed, decorated and clean. The location was perfect, close to stores and restaurants. I will definitely be returning for another stay.

Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely Villa, it was perfect. Wish we were still back there now. We loved how private the pool was, sun all day,...and the jacuzzi heating timer was a great touch. Such a nice quiet complex as well. I will be sure to pass on my recommendation to friends, etc. The Management Team were also fantastic, please pass on our thanks to them.

We had an amazing holiday getaway at this home! The communication with the owner Linda, before our trip was wonderful and pleasant. Our arrival process was made very simple and we were very pleased with everything from the moment we walked through the door. The key lock was easy to gain entry, the only surprise is our instructions said alarm would not be armed and it was. I was in a panic trying to find my instructions on how to shut it off. Have them available when you enter, just incase. The home was as described and very clean. It was spacious and offered everything our family needed. There was an issue at one point beyond anyone's control (cable/TV issues) but the property management was quick and very courteous about getting the issues tended to. The are very nice people. The home was stocked with enough kitchen supply for basic meal prep and plenty of linens supplied as well. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, once the cold snap broke and we could enjoy it. The whole family enjoyed the game room and the large seating area in the living room for playing games and movie viewing together. There were no living room photos on the listing but we were pleasantly surprised to walk in and see a large sectional and large tv overlooking the dining patio. The additional seating off the kitchen was a plus for a quieter sitting space to read or entertain while cooking. The beds were all very comfortable with nice bedding and the littles enjoyed the themed rooms, especially the Scooby Doo room! The extras were such a nice touch to make it family friendly. Such as stair gate, swim floaties, high chair, strollers, etc. The home was in a nice, quiet community and so close to all conveniences and not far from Amusements, although we did not visit them. We all agree (6 adults and 2 children) that we would definitely rent this beautiful property again. Thank you Tinklers, for sharing your home with us!

Stayed just before lockdown started. The villa was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. Absolutely loved the themed rooms (especially the Scooby Doo room). Everything was lovely and clean. The owner Linda was great throughout and made sure we were OK when everything closed for covid. Already planning our return trip. Cannot recommend high enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed at this wonderful villa, a 15 min drive from Disney parks and 30mins from Universal studios, the villa was a real home from home, kitchen well fitted with every utensil you could need, Linda left us such a useful welcome pack, saved having to go shopping after such a long journey. My grandson ”lived” in the better than average sized pool, Beds so comfy too, the villa itself was spotless and more than worth the cost of staying there, I will definitely be booking again, loved it and hated to leave.

This is the 2nd time we have stopped at Villa Linton we thought last year was great until we stopped this year they have done vast improvements to the villa mainly cosmetic but made our stay just amazing The villa is equipped with all your needs and the management company can’t do enough. Strongly recommend this villa ideally situated for all amenities and parks. Rebooked for next year. Five stars

My family (6 of us) stayed at the house for 2 weeks recently. It was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The house was well located for accessing Disney with lots of local amenities and communication from the owner and rental agency was spot on. Furthermore, the house and pool were a good size for all of us, even when our visitors arrived. The pool size was the main reason for settling on this house, wanting something bigger to occupy our 4 children, and it did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend 👌

Thankyou for the most amazing holiday ever. The villa is great, in a perfect location and the pool is huge ! Can not fault the villa at all, everything we could’ve asked for was there for us. We loved our stay and hope to return soon

We stayed for 14 days in this lovely house, the owner answered all our messages in a few minutes, it is really close to major supermarkets like Walmart, Sams Club, Target, it is really close to places where you can get breakfast like Dennys, Waffle House, there are outlets close to the house like The Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, the Disney Parks are not far away, we would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the Villa for a month and loved every minute 😊 Everything you need in the villa and pool and lanai has plenty of room for sunbathing and swimming. Also child friendly and catered for all family needs. The villa is very close to shops and amenities. We have already rebooked for next year . 10/10 Linda on your beautiful villa 👌👍🏼😊

We had a fantastic time. Absolutely love your villa. It’s a true home from home.

This is a great home, very clean and stylish! The pool and screened in back yard made being at home just as much fun as our daily outings. The home is within 15 minutes of Disney World and Universal Studios and less than an hour and a half from Cocoa Beach. It is within 5 minutes of shopping and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay at this home and would highly recommend it!

We loved our time at the Hamlets villa. (3 adults, 2 kids) the kids loved our private pool ( adults did too!) the house is spotless and well maintained and the management company responded to the one tiny issue we had within 10 mins. All the facilities you need are in the house along with cable tv, internet and even games room. House is 10 min drive to Disney and 25ish mins to Universal and IDrive ( depending on traffic) plenty of places on your doorstep on the 192 to eat and shop, including huge target and Walmart. You would definitely need a car if you are staying at this villa, you wouldn’t walk and would be relying on taxis otherwise. Would 100% stay again

We are two familys here right now and all i can say is WOW!!! Villa is fantastic! Spotlessy clean on arrival and has everything you could ever need! Plenty of room for everyone and seriously comfortable! Small issue dealt with at high speed by the management company (thank you Mel and Adrian). Close enough to parks for easy access but far enough away to enjoy total peace and relaxation!! We would DEFINITELY return here we have loved and appreciated every second in this home!! Both Management company and Linda the owner are amazingly accessible and helpful i cant think of a single negative!! 5 stars all round!! Thankyou Linda for providing us with an amazing home for our first Florida holiday!!

Beautiful 5 Bedroom property with 3 bathrooms which sleeps 10. It's a stunning property in a gated community, which made me & family feel very safe. This property has everything you need to make you holiday just that extra bit special. The kids loved the pool & I loved the spa. There is even an outside eating area, which we made full use of. I would definitely book here again. There's plenty of place to eat near the villa & supermarkets to stock up. The drive to both Disney & Universal is only a 20 mins away. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The home was very clean and nice. The pictures don't capture the awesomeness of the home. we felt very comfortable and relaxed. The pool and hot tub were a welcome relief after a long day at the parks. the home was close enough to the parks to not be a hassle to get there but far enough away to avoid the traffic. ”

The children quickly decided which bedrooms they would sleep in, they loved the pool and spent many hours in there when not at the parks. Seven year old Zac declaring ;it was the best place he had ever stayed in. If we decide holiday in Orlando in the future we would certainly stay there, and recommend to family and friends. Thank you

Cracking villa in a perfect location for attractions, set in a gated community just off the 192 and absolutely perfect for us all. 6 of us stayed for 2 weeks and there was room for spare still, loved the pool and spa, could have stayed in there all day! We would return in a flash, rooms were all lovely, especially the themed ones, the villa was very clean and well looked after throughout. Cannot wait to come again one day, thanks again!

This is our 3rd visit and there is something new each time. The 3 grand kids all wanted to sleep in the Mystery Machine bed but had to settle for a week each. Love the new Queen bed in the Winnie the Pooh room as it meant all the adults could have a double bed. Great location and love being able to leave the car at home sometimes and walk to the restaurant and crazy golf.
