Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee is one of the best resort locations in the region. This popular gated community is situated on Poinciana Boulevard, just south of the 192 minutes from 2 super Walmarts and the Medieval Times. The resort was built on totally undeveloped land with much of the natural vegetation and lakes in tact. It has a Clubhouse of 6,000 sq. ft with the following amenities. -

The clubhouse has a great community spirit with events on popular holidays such as fireworks and karaoke night on the 4th July and an Easter Egg hunt during the Easter holiday period. The Tikki bar is very popular with guests as a place to meet other people and there is usually a special night planned for Halloween. The clubhouse lounge has been booked for guests wanting to get married in Orlando.

Although the villa has beds to sleep 8 we have a queen sized sofa bed in the lounge which enables the villa to sleep up to 10 and baby Travel cot/crib for infants

Villa is fully tiled so no need to worry about kids spilling their drinks! There is a ceiling fan for extra comfort in the lounge.

We have a large widescreen HD TV with Blue Ray DVD Player and a multi region DVD player, plus a library of films to watch on nights after very busy days at the parks. There is also a CD player with a selection of CD’s to play and an IPod docking station for IPhone 4 and 5/6 if you want to bring your own music to play while in the pool or games room. The villa has free wireless Internet and connection for laptops and we have provided books to read by the pool - as a lot of books have been left by previous guests, we operate a take one leave one system for those who start reading a book and don’t finish a book.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all up-to-date appliances (microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob etc.) including an upgraded side-by-side fridge with ice-maker. Kitchen ware for cooking meals and making hot drinks available plus waffle maker and coffee maker.Also have a Keurig coffee maker (pods can be bought at Walmart) and a Ninja Airfryer

There is a large top loading washer and dryer for your clothes and we provide pool and bathroom towels, linens for beds, iron/ironing board and hairdryers in every bathroom.

Villa has 2 similar sized en-suite master bedrooms, with king sized beds, which is ideal for 2 couples or families wanting to bring grandparents, plus two twin bedrooms with a 3rd shared bathroom next door.

The twin bedrooms have beds that can be converted to a king double or kept as 2 singles depending on what the party requires.

All beds have upgraded mattresses for your comfort and cable TV/DVD combo in Micky room for kids to play their DVD’s and Smart TV’s in both doubles and other twin room. All rooms have a ceiling fan for extra comfort during very humid days on top of air conditioning throughout villa.

There is a large resort sized pool and jacuzzi available at the clubhouse, but we also have a private pool at the villa with spa. It is on an extended deck with a covered pool lanai with a ceiling fan for those very hot days. Top quality patio furniture including 4 sun loungers and table and 4 chairs.


Pool/spa heating is optional and is recommended between Oct and April, (see pool heating rates).

Our Management Company does rent out BBQ’s for those who want one

We have a games room with slate pool table, football table and stand up fan for comfort.

We have a very big library of DVD’s for all the family and lots of books to read by the pool.

Plenty of kids beach toys and chairs for beach visits.

Pool towels in the garage which can be used for water parks as long as returned to the villa

If you have an infant in the party we have 2 travel crib/cot’s, a highchair, booster seat and a strollers including a double one

We have provided a safe for all guests to leave their valuables such as passports and money and we do not require you to go to another address on arrival to get a key as we have a coded electronic devise on the front door to gain entry and a fantastic Management Company available to sort out any problems.
