Make your Disney World vacation the memory of a lifetime by staying in our beautifully furnished, fully air-conditioned home with pool. From the moment you arrive at Woodlands Orlando Villa, you will know you have made an excellent choice for your base in the entertainment capitol of the world! Our superb pool home is just minutes from Disney just off the I4 US27 interchange. Posner Park with its wide variety of shops and restaurants is minutes away. Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have all the comfort and amenities of home, something you will never get in a hotel. The villa has four good size bedrooms, two of which are en-suite master bedrooms. We have a fabulous pool complete with a multicolour led light, decorated with dolphins and a large pool deck. The pool can be heated by our efficient pool heater in the winter months. Back inside we have a well equipped games room and a Sony 5" OLED Smart TV in the living area.
Living Area
Lovely comfortable Ashley sofas for you to enjoy watching the 55” Sony OLED 4K Smart TV with Samsung cable TV. Complete with a ceiling fan to compliment the powerful air conditioning this is a great place to relax. The patio doors lead out to the pool and covered lanai. You can enjoy the whole movie experience and take a dip in the pool during the interval!! We also have a computer desk and Wi Fi enabled Canon printer.
Dining Area
This has a table with six seats; the breakfast bar has two stools and the patio provides a table with more seats. The lanai is a lovely airy area complete with a ceiling fan to enjoy home cooked or take away meals!
Kitchen
We have a well equipped kitchen with an oven, large microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fridge freezer with ice maker, tea kettle and even a good old UK teapot!
Master Bedroom 1
This lovely bedroom over looks the pool and provides a Queen bed, HD Flatscreen TV, walk-in wardrobe, night-stands, Sony Clock Radio and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, hairdryer and shaving mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a door leading to the pool for use when swimming.
Master Bedroom 2
This bright and airy bedroom overlooks the front and has a Full size bed, built-in wardrobe, Ceiling Fan, Toshiba Flatscreen TV, Sony Clock Radio and en-suite bathroom. The En-suite bathroom has a large shower, hairdryer and shaving mirror.
Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4
These each have two single beds, built in wardrobe, Toshiba Flatscreen TV, Sony Clock Radio, Nightstand, Dresser and share the family bathroom.
Family Bathroom
This has a Bath with Shower facility, hairdryer and shaving mirror
Pool Deck
Picture yourself relaxing by the inviting pool set in an extended pool deck. Just look at the Dolphins playing with their ball!
The Lanai has a table and chairs for you to enjoy a poolside meal or drink. The Lanai is also useful to provide shade from the direct sun, is equipped with a ceiling fan and is ideal for an outside breakfast enjoying the wonderful Florida Orange Juice!
The pool can be heated, which is recommended between October and April. Sun loungers are available for you to top up that suntan and the whole area mesh screened for guest comfort. How about having breakfast 'al fresco' at the pool side table and chairs or maybe an ice cold beer of an evening?
Games Room
Wow!! Our newly refurbished games room which has a full sized pool table, ESPN air hockey table, table foosball and that good old favourite a darts board!
Utility Room
A full size washing machine and tumble dryer to make your visit easier. Why take a case full of dirty washing home when you can do it before you leave? We also have an iron and ironing board for the enthusiastic launderers!
Child Friendly
We have a stroller, cot and high chair available for our guests use Free of Charge

Can I say thank you so much. We had a wonderful stay at your villa, which was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was the main attraction for the kids, it was hard to get them out of it, to go and meet Micky and Minnie. As a heads up on the pool. (1) it heated up to what can only be described as bath temperature by the evening, no complaints from our side as it helped a few aching bones at the end of the day, but you might want to save some money. (2) our feet found small chards of glass by the outside table, no serious damage but your instruction for people not to take glass out there clearly did not work. Regarding the beds, all were good except the one by the garage, you might want to consider a foam topper, as the springs were shall we say too obvious to sleep on comfortably. No complaints from our side, as there were more than enough beds for us, but just wanted you to be aware, in case you do have a guest who likes to moan!

Westbury, US27 (South) / Haines City
Westbury is a relatively small and quiet community offering 3, 4 and 5 bedroom rental houses which border palm trees and orange groves. Being located on US27, there is an excellent selection of first class golf courses nearby.
Alongside the junction of highway US27 with Interstate 4 is the Posner Park shopping complex. This has a conveniently located Target supermarket, as well as a JC Penney, Ross Marshalls and other retailers. The nearest Publix supermarkets are south of the Interstate 4 junction on US27 and in Haines City, which is where you will also find the nearest Walmart supermarket. Bordering this section of US27 and the Posner Park complex are a number of restaurants including Denny's, Bob Evans, Five Guys, Burger King, McDonalds, the Davenport Ale House and other diners. Head to Haines City for more well-known chain restaurants, plus Sonny's BBQ and Manny's Original Chophouse. With an ever increasing number of restaurants in the area, you can always stay local in the evening. However, you also have the option to travel north towards the ChampionsGate area where you will find an Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, Ford's Garage, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant.
